    Textile is a necessity of people's daily life. With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the requirements and quality requirements for textiles are getting higher and higher. The application of high-density fabric is more and more widely. People have done more research on printing and dyeing technology of high density fabric, and there are reports about it, but there are few reports on desizing process, and the quality of desizing directly affects product quality.


    At present, there are more reports on the desizing process of ordinary fabrics, and the new desizing process is also being explored.

    The printing and dyeing factories are basically mature for the desizing process of the general density fabric, but for the high-density fabric, because of the tight structure, the size of the fabric is difficult to be completely removed, and ultimately affects the quality of the printing and dyeing products.

    According to the mechanism of fabric desizing, we have made a self compounded desizing agent LLC, which is mainly composed of oxidant, alkali and salt. At the same time, we use the widely used solid desizing agent DS in the market to test the desizing process of 310T high-density polyester fabric. On the basis of comparing the desizing effect of the two, the first step is to detect the desizing efficiency and quality of the compound desizing agent LLC, so as to make a more suitable agent for high density fabric desizing, and optimize the desizing process at the same time. The two is to study the desizing process of high-density fabric, so as to provide technical reference for printing and dyeing factory to produce high-density polyester fabric, and further improve the quality of its printing and dyeing products.     Experimental materials and methods.

    310T high density polyester fabric (supplied by a printing and dyeing plant in Suzhou), solid desizing agent LLC (homemade mixture, mainly oxidant, alkali, salt, etc.), solid desizing agent DS (commercially available), HD101A thermoelectric blast oven, AY-120 electronic balance, HD026+ electronic fabric strength tester.

    Process: fabric desizing, washing, drying and desizing bath ratio: 1:20; washing: 2 times, 80 degrees centigrade, room temperature; drying temperature * time: 95 60min * the desizing rate is [(before desizing fabric weight - after desizing fabric weight) / before desizing fabric weight] * 100%.


    According to the desizing principle, the slurry on the fabric can be removed under alkaline condition or by oxidant.

    We chose alkaline desizing, supplemented by oxidant to desizing, compounding the solid desizing agent LLC with oxidant, alkali and salt as the main ingredient. Compared with the solid desizing agent DS, the effect of each desizing process factor on desizing rate was systematically studied.

    Theoretical analysis shows that the influence of each factor on the desizing effect of desizing agent LLC is as follows: mass concentration > mass concentration and pH interaction >pH value > time, and temperature has the least influence.

    Based on the above analysis, in order to improve the desizing effect of the desizing agent LLC on the fabric, the desizing effect can be improved by improving the mass concentration of desizing agent or adjusting the interaction between the desizing agent mass concentration and the pH value.

    From the above analysis and the data in the table, the desizing process of desizing agent LLC for 310T polyester fabric is ideal: the dosage is 2g/L, the pH value is 9.5, the temperature is 85 degrees, and the time is 40min.

    With DS desizing fabric, the strength damage degree of warp and weft is measured by the strength tester.

    The test shows that the loss ratio of warp and weft strength of fabric is less than 3%, which indicates that the desizing process can be applied in the permitted scope.

    The desizing agent LLC and the desizing agent DS have good desizing effect, and the desizing agent LLC is slightly superior, which can be used for desizing production of general fabrics and high density fabrics.

    The ideal desizing process of compound desizing agent LLC is: dosage 2g/L, pH value 9.5, temperature 85 centigrade, time 40min.. For compound desizing agent LLC, two methods can further improve the desizing effect by increasing the amount of desizing agent or adjusting the interaction between the amount of desizing agent and pH value.
