The Big Money Way Of Ordinary Farm Girls
Compared with the fashionable fashions that are fashionable all the time, a new baby wears a half dress that is so inconspicuous, but it is such an obscure one.
Baby clothes
But it was made by Wu Aihong, a woman in the town of Gu Jia Zhuang, a town in Chengguan Town, Puyang county. It not only brought considerable income to herself, but also provided a good way for many rural women to get rich at home.
Wu Aihong, 46 years old, used to be an ordinary farm girl who lived in plain days, farming in busy farming, and making small purchases in cotton and oil squeezing when she was slack off.
At the very beginning, the two small businesses were good, but after a few years, the business became more and more deserted. Sometimes they could not wait for a few days, but Wu Aihong, who was more than 30 years old, felt that he had no time to do this.
In the two years without a small business, there was nothing to do in the slack season. Wu Aihong was obsessed with playing mahjong.
After a quarrel, Wu Aihong said that he would never play mahjong again. He wanted his wife to buy Sewing machines for her clothing processing.
Later, in response to Wu Aihong's repeated demands, the husband paid 3000 yuan to buy a sewing machine for her.
At the beginning, Wu Aihong made clothes for others because the customers were demanding, and they didn't do it themselves. The products processed did not meet the requirements of customers.
But the bow did not return to the arrow. When Wu Aihong was considering how to sell and sell himself, a neighbor's family was glad to add his son. When he was nine, someone took two half baby cotton padded clothes.
Wu Aihong sold the half back cotton padded jacket to the wholesale Street in Puyang County, and was sold out in a short time. So she sold some cloth and went home to make a half dress for the baby.
What Wu Aihong did not expect was that the baby's half back clothes she made were in short supply. Every time she went to the wholesale Street to deliver the goods, the customers were few, hoping that she could send more.
In short supply of products, Wu Aihong looked for several people to help with the baby's half coat.
AI Hong Wu
Since 2004, the baby's half coat has been processed, and it has gained considerable benefits in the first year. In the second year, 14 machines were purchased at once. In 2006, the infant garment processing factory was set up at home, and began large-scale production.
Wu Aihong developed the market on the side of processing, and soon, the baby clothes she processed had won the market by virtue of his good reputation and reliable quality. Not only did he have a good sale in some places in Anyang, Kaifeng, Shangqiu, Zhengzhou, but also exported to Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Beijing and so on.
Wu Aihong processed products from the original single baby half back cotton padded clothes to the present 0~1 year old baby's belly pocket, bib, single garment, cotton padded clothes, and other products.
In order to expand the scale of production and increase the income of rural women, Wu Aihong, while hiring more than 30 workers in the factory, actively developed the processing household, cut the cloth and cotton into semi finished products, and sent them to some rural women to earn their processing fees and then recycle them.
Now, Wu Aihong has set up dozens of processing points in 9 villages and towns to help more than 200 rural women realize their dream of getting rich at home.
These rural women who engage in the processing of infant clothing can earn more than 1600 yuan a month, and earn about 1000 yuan a month in general.
Nowadays, Wu AI Hong can produce about 300000 pieces of infant clothing, but still can not meet the needs of some new and old customers.
"Although many children wear clothes now, many customers have identified my products. My current production scale can not meet their needs. Next, I am going to develop more processors in the countryside and expand production scale.
Clothing market
Demand also allows more rural women to earn more at home.
Wu Aihong said.
