"Human data are the public resources of the clothing industry. Human data have been accumulated all along with the production needs of enterprises. Because of the relative closure between enterprises, redundant construction has resulted in extremely low utilization rate of resources and huge waste. Compared with foreign garment powers, due to the backwardness of measurement hardware and the difficulty of data collection and other geographical characteristics, China has occupied the world's first human resources, but it has not been effectively built and utilized, but instead becomes a country with a shortage of resources. Due to the shortage of resources, many technological advances in the garment industry have been restricted. It is "3D/2D clothing's human data resources and the building of an industrial intelligence system". Shang Xiaomei, an expert member of the China clothing association's Expert Committee on science and technology. It is for this reason that Professor Shang and her team have worked hard to solve the industrial infrastructure construction since 2006.
Moderator: this research is for the clothing industry. What role does the development and improvement play?
Shang Xiao Mei The research and development of human resources data technology and the establishment of the system not only solve the problem of lack of infrastructure with industrial commonality, but also lay an indispensable technical support for our country to become a powerful country from a large garment country.
This project studies the theoretical system of 3D/2D human data resources created by the project. It fills a gap of another industry application foundation system in China's apparel industry. The system comprises a measurement platform, including the relevant measurement technology specification, data validation standard, data acquisition specification, etc. the data platform is built with data and knowledge base system, and the industrial application cluster of industrial application cluster. From concept, structure, technology, system and scientific nature, the industrialization applicability of 3D/2D anthropometry technology has been formed. From the perspective of industrial implementation, the practical system and environment construction of applied technology have been completed, and the digital bottle neck has been solved for many years, which has plagued the garment industry. Through the application of multi-user projects, such as garment enterprises, digital garment equipment enterprises, clothing education schools and so on, from the savings of product configuration plan, resulting in savings and efficiency, from time cycle and labor cost reduction and multi process error reduction, the obvious efficiency has been improved, and the economic benefits of enterprises have been directly and indirectly improved. At the same time, technological management and basic technological facilities construction of enterprises can be effectively standardized, making the transformation of traditional enterprises into reality by high and new technology, so its application and popularization value is very significant.
Host: why is the data resource in our country hard to build up in the past? Overseas construction in the field of human data resources is relatively perfect, can our country learn from it?
Shang Xiao Mei The background of the system design is different from our application environment, and it can not be used directly. It needs two times development, and it is difficult to resonate with the application. The data management method does not make the data management and arrangement lack, such as the application of semi-finished products, and the application of people and components. It is also a difficulty. There is a data error which can not be ignored in every system. This makes the application enterprise unable to judge and accept and influence the application. Most of the traditional production methods of the garment industry in China have the habit of following the requirements of data. It has a considerable distance from the international standard, and it can not be completely changed in the nearly two generations. This makes measurement data not directly used by enterprises. Over the past more than 10 years, colleges and universities and enterprises have failed to form the accumulation of human data resources with common application. The main reason is that on the one hand, the automatic measurement equipment in the domestic market was mostly developed abroad. There are also problems of cognition, shortage of applied talents and so on.
Countries with national human data resources are also limited, but international garment powers such as the United States, Britain, France, Japan and others all have their national human database, which has played a good guiding role in the development of their industries. Some experiences can be used for reference, but the data structure and design of databases are different in different countries. For example, the United States, Britain, France and other countries, the database construction is equipped with the national census, not monopoly for industrial construction, its construction of library facilities to obtain resources is the idea we need to learn. Our SIZECN is mainly a special database of clothing industry, which provides diversified data that users can directly use in different regions of garment industry, and realizes intelligent service from human data to industrial data.
Moderator: 3D/2D clothing What are the advantages of using human data resources and industrial intelligent system to develop the industry? Where are the important innovations?

Shang Xiao Mei First of all, this project is the first to establish the concept and method of systematic construction of human data industrialization. Project design includes data validation system for contact acquisition and non contact acquisition, identification and validation of automatic measuring instrument, scientific distribution scheme of regional resource data, and experimental method of data reliability and stability.
Secondly, the project researched and invented the transformation algorithm and system of industrial data, and formed the service of generic technology and data resources. The relationship between data resources and industrial data is that the former is the basic data, and the latter is the private data. The former must be transformed into the latter according to the application characteristics of the industry, and the data resources for a sample can produce multiple sets of special large class data groups. The design of these feature models and algorithms must have industry commonality and meet certain individuality, so the transformation of data to application has considerable complexity. The project has transformed the data of large categories of products, such as suits and shirts, and solved the intelligent generation of human data to industrial data, and achieved considerable economic benefits.
Thirdly, the project has developed a series of intelligent construction and the invention of photoelectric intelligent measuring ruler. In the construction of data resources, project research and development of intelligent extraction components of various data, make data resources construction to form intelligent applications, including: multi-source data, such as the integration and correlation of manual, instrument and machine, intelligent verification, intelligent classification of data in garment category, intellectualization of individual and group numeric number and analysis, intelligent form data to industrial data, etc. in addition, the photoelectric intelligent measuring ruler invented by the project has avoided human errors caused by manual records and formed digital applications for enterprises without automatic measuring equipment.
Finally, one of the forms of project achievements is the "clothing human body information database" system, which fills the gap in China and is the innovation of infrastructure. The completion of the system has made China rank the world ranking with clothing human resources. Through the project construction, we have completed the commonality mining of data resources of clothing categories, and built the "modern silk National Engineering Laboratory (Suzhou) - China clothing human data information base", and formed the industrial application platform of human body information data resources. We can be proud to tell you that we also have Chinese people's own data base, and their construction programs and applicability are better than those of the US, Britain and Japan. They are not only the embodiment of economic benefits, but also the embodiment of a country's technological innovation capability.
Compere: how does this scientific research achievement be applied in the enterprise? How is its application?
Shang Xiao Mei The project of "3D/2D clothing human data resources and industrial intelligent system construction" has gone through more than 5 years, including technology mastery, scientific research, system development and experimental verification, and many other researches have been carried out with the maturity of single subprojects. Different databases have been formed from schools to enterprises. In the process of database construction, with the increase of data volume, the use of data has also been formed. For the first time, we have applied data to deepen the research of our own disciplines. We obtained the statistical rules of batch data from the database as the basis for research, and completed the theoretical and applied demonstration, including the conversion of unmeasured data by using the statistical data in the library.
After the completion of the database construction technology research, that is to cooperate with the 3502 China professional wear Co., Ltd., to implant the research results into the enterprise and carry out two professional development adaption. After the application of the project results, the enterprise built the process management production data based on the electronic tag RFID, and increased the production efficiency by 1.8%, and the profit margin increased by 1.5%.
In 2010, with the cooperation of production, research and research of the Li Cheng Textile Group, we applied the results, technologies and data of our research, and launched the enterprise's application based on data collaboration. In 2011, in order to expand the capacity of database data, we have worked with many universities such as Zhongyuan University of Technology, Yancheng Institute Of Technology and Hebei University Of Science and Technology to extend and apply our technological achievements to their research and data collection, and set up disciplines to train talents. So far, we have developed new application modules, and have cooperated with more enterprises, and are ready to expand the application in enterprises such as an Li Fang, Hai Lan, etc. By March this year, the project results and research contents showed that the idea of hierarchical database construction and the intellectualization of industrial data are still the contents of innovation through the international novelty search report.
Through this year's double 11 online shopping of 13 billion 200 million yuan figures, we see the new era business model to the traditional business mode of impact and declaration of war, and the completion of the national database resources, such as the construction of urban commercial areas to consider the supporting facilities, is China's digital industry and business mode, and so on, its application prospect is huge.
