    Anhui Opens To The Yangtze River Delta To Promote Development And Speed Up The Shoe Leather Industry.

    Since 2002, the GDP of eight counties (cities) has maintained two digit growth, and the total amount in 2007 has reached 44 billion 200 million yuan, with an average growth rate of 20.83%.

    Since the "fifteen", eight counties (cities) have imported more than 6 billion 800 million yuan of foreign capital on average, and most of the funds have been imported from the Yangtze River Delta region, indicating that enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region have become the main investors in the county economic construction in our province.

    We should make scientific plans, increase investment, speed up the construction of infrastructure in industrial parks, and guide the dominant industries to gather in the parks.

    Zongyang, Lai An, Langxi and Fanchang have implemented "one district and many gardens", relying on resources and pillar industries to develop industrial parks according to local conditions, including Zongyang County Development Zone in 2007, taxes nearly 400 million yuan, contributed more than 50% to the county finance; Tongcheng, Nanling, Langxi, Lai An Development Zone in 2007 to achieve industrial output value of more than 1 billion yuan; Guangde County Development Zone in 2007 to achieve industrial output value of 5 billion 529 million yuan, tax 217 million yuan.

    Looking forward to breaking through the "bottleneck" in the investigation, all localities reflect that there are still some difficulties and problems in the exchanges and cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta region, which urgently need to break through the "bottleneck".

    With the accelerated pace of industrial pfer in the Yangtze River Delta region, the counties and cities will have broad space to participate in the Pan Yangtze River Delta cooperation.

    The provincial CPPCC Research Group believes that promoting the county's participation in the Pan Yangtze River Delta region's division of labor and cooperation has both unique advantages and good foundation.
