He also said that this approach can solve the local employment problem and reduce the labor costs of enterprises.

Guangzhou will have a comprehensive survey of "double pfers". Reporters learned from the Municipal Economic and Trade Commission that Guangzhou will organize an investigation of industrial pfer and labor pfer within the city.

The key industries in the survey include traditional labor intensive industries, such as clothing, hardware, toys, shoemaking, packaging and other industries. There are also resource consuming industries, such as ceramic, cement and other building materials industries, recycled metal smelting products, non-ferrous metal alloy smelting or die-casting products and other colored metal industries, as well as industries that have a certain impact on the environment and ecology, such as chemical industry, printing, textile printing and dyeing, leather processing, electroplating and other industries.

It is understood that the survey starts from mid May and ends before the end of August. The units will submit the findings to the Municipal Economic and Trade Commission before August 31st.

The Municipal Bureau of statistics will also further identify the relevant enterprises list, household number, gross output value, profits and taxes, number of employees, area occupied and electricity consumption and so on. The survey will be reported by the end of August this year.
