    "Made In China" Requires A Social Responsibility Pass.

    Jinfeng gold mine is a joint venture project between Australian gold and Chinese government. It began operation in May 2007. Australia has a 82% stake in a joint venture with China. A good supplier of corporate social responsibility can reduce the turnover rate, reduce the cost of training and recruitment, reduce the cost of medical treatment and insurance. At the same time, because of improving the relationship with buyers, we can reduce the number of factory inspections and improve efficiency. Another case can further illustrate that if an enterprise fails to meet the requirements of purchasers or laws, its cost will also increase. For example, poor labor conditions will lead to more work-related injuries and increase operating costs to about 5% of the company's income. Although small suppliers do not believe that CSR can directly enhance their competitiveness in the sales process, large contract providers have begun to view CSR as one of their ways to maintain their competitive edge. In fact, CSR has recently become an important factor for a supplier to get a large contract. The CSR team of the supplier has actually become part of the company's business development team. On this stage, buyers are willing to cooperate with responsible suppliers, while famous brands are unwilling to take the risk of low cost again. So starting from the 2006 survey, today, the Her program has begun to develop health education and training services. This service covers women workers in major factories in China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Vietnam. A factory in the Pearl River Delta has also developed an extended service reporting model for measuring return on investment. The conclusion is that every woman who invested more than one dollar in health training and service costs will earn $three because of increased production efficiency, reduced absenteeism and turnover. Cramer needs to understand the current situation in China: the Chinese government attaches great importance to environmental protection, and is paying more and more attention. This clarifies the policy support level of corporate social responsibility. And if it can be green industrialization, it can actually reduce the operating cost of enterprises, reduce the cost of rebuilding the environment, and save energy losses. So it is beneficial and harmless to the business interests of enterprises. In his view, China makes all kinds of goods for the world, and the world's consumers hope that the products made in China are safe and no harm to the environment. The workers there are treated fairly. For the vast majority of enterprises, suppliers and supply chain management are now the weakest link, so the problems that may arise in a country may happen elsewhere. China, because of its huge supplier groups, needs to prove to the world that the products made in China are safe, no harm to the environment and fair treatment for the workers. Only in this way can there be more export opportunities. The world market is changing rapidly, and the price of raw materials is increasing. Only by finding a true balance point in social responsibility, environmental protection and business interests can we make a difference. "We have established excellent customer relationships with three types of Chinese companies: one is a multinational company in China, helping them understand the changes in the Chinese market and the environment in China; one is China's supplier enterprises, the other is China's large local enterprises." Cramer told reporters. Just as the motivation of the Her plan is achieved, in fact, multinational corporations are under the pressure of their shareholders and investors and have to act according to the requirements of the international company's social responsibilities. Otherwise, if the media disclose the corresponding transfer procurement scandal, the corporate image of the company will be pernex and share prices will fall down. This is the reason why they began to attach importance to and improve the development of corporate social responsibility. However, in the course of operation, enterprises have also found that after taking good social responsibilities, the public environment of the community has been improved, the turnover rate of employees has been reduced, and the operation cost has been reduced from invisible and tangible, thus the investment has been recovered, or the long-term profit has been realized.
