China'S Manufacturing Industry Is Undergoing An Unprecedented Pformation.

Facing the new situation of rising costs, the depreciation of the US dollar, the decline of exports and the adjustment of the market, China's manufacturing industry is undergoing an unprecedented pformation.
In the third spring of the South China experimental field, in July 28th, the Guangdong provincial Party committee and the provincial government issued the decision on speeding up the construction of a modern industrial system through the media. It was proposed that Guangdong should pform from traditional economy to modern economy, take the lead from "made in China" to "create in China", and change the role from "import" to "output".
Guangdong has once again become a weathervane of China's reform. It is welcoming the arrival of the third spring.
The promotion of some industries and manufacturing links from the Pearl River Delta region to the northern Guangdong mountains and the East and West wings is a major move for Guangdong to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure.
In May this year, Guangdong issued a decision and 8 supporting documents at one time, planning 24 industrial pfer parks in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong and northern Guangdong, undertaking the entire pfer of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region, and giving 50 billion yuan to support the construction of parks and help enterprises move.
At the same time, the high-quality labor force in the eastern, Western and northern areas will be pported to the Pearl River Delta region after training to assist the upgrading of the whole industry.
As a new force of "made in China", "made in Dongguan, Guangdong" has been in crisis due to "raw material processing" being controlled by others.
But they turned passive into initiative, walked out of the hedge of processing trade, and found a new manufacturing mode.
The breakout of "made in China" and "made in Dongguan" is the way to seek breakthroughs: it is not only danger that brings us by crisis, it can also bring us motivation and opportunity.
Since the beginning of last year, the rising tide of industrial upgrading in Jiangsu and Zhejiang has also been affected by many unfavorable factors such as rising prices of energy and raw materials, rising labor costs, the depreciation of the US dollar and the weakness of the international market. As a big province of China's economy and a strong economic province, Jiangsu has also suffered a certain impact.
Statistics show that in 1-5 months, Jiangsu's economic growth slowed down slightly, especially in Jiangsu's key export machinery, textile, clothing and other industries.
In the first quarter of this year, 1066 textile and garment enterprises which made profits last year stopped their export business, accounting for 13% of the total number of export enterprises.
But it is worth noting that the Suzhou Industrial Park, which is also located in Jiangsu, has maintained a relatively good growth momentum.
In the first half of this year, the Suzhou Industrial Park realized a GDP growth of 50 billion 200 million yuan, an increase of 21% over the same period last year, and the total import and export volume was 32 billion 300 million US dollars, up 26% from the same period last year, an increase of nearly 16 percentage points over the same period last year.
The reason why Suzhou Industrial Park has not been hit by many adverse factors at home and abroad is mainly because they have a large number of high-tech enterprises with core competitiveness.
A person in charge of the Suzhou Industrial Park said: "our starting point for attracting investment is very high. The introduction is basically a newly emerging industry with less pollution and some industries, so the competitiveness is relatively strong.
Even though there are some rising costs now, there are some policy changes, but the impact on the operation of enterprises, including the output value and profits of enterprises, is not particularly significant.
At the end of the last century, the rapid rise of Wenzhou made it a miniature and representative of China made.
This small town in Zhejiang Province has produced 20% of the country's shoes, 60% of shavers, 80% of glasses, 90% of metal shell lighters, and its products are exported to overseas markets.
In the face of the new situation, the Wenzhou municipal government has introduced a series of measures to support enterprises, using tax, credit and other leverage to encourage manufacturing enterprises to change the extensive growth mode and take the road of independent innovation pformation.
China's manufacturing industry is bound to take a new step. Low cost and low price can only be a temporary competitive power. Leading technology and independent innovation are the vitality of sustainable development of enterprises.
Only by constantly innovating to enhance the added value of brand, will "made in China" go further.
Some observers believe that the state can give support to small and medium-sized export enterprises with potential for development in terms of credit, taxation and industrial policy tilt, but more importantly, through this storm, China's manufacturing export enterprises will grow and grow.
The key is to adjust itself, actively guard against all kinds of unfavorable factors, force enterprises to speed up strategic adjustment, pay attention to developing their own brands and their own intellectual property rights, so as to enhance the added value of products and make long-term development plans so as to be able to face in the face of any difficulties.
Although China's manufacturing industry ranks fourth in the world, the United States, Japan and Germany accounted for 2/3 in the world's top 100 brands in 2007. Only 9 brands in Asia were selected, including 7 in Japan and 2 in South Korea.
From the perspective of the shortlisted enterprises, the brand of Asian finalists basically belongs to the equipment manufacturing industry.
Manufacturing industry, as a strategic industry of China's economic development, constitutes the basis for China to take a new road to industrialization. Chinese manufacturing enterprises should not only shape famous brands, but also shape the image of Chinese products and win the respect of the world for China.

If China's manufacturing industry wants to get out of its predicament, it must defeat itself and pform "made in China" into "made in China" and "made in China".
It is predicted that by 2017, China's total economic output will account for over 10% of the world's total. According to this ratio, China's world brands should account for about 10% of the world's famous brands.
Brand strategy is the biggest opportunity for globalization to leave China. When China's manufacturing industry has more and more world-famous brands, it is the time when China's manufacturing industry rejuvenate.
