Gansu Quality Supervision Bureau: Low Qualified Rate Of Travel Shoes

In the 2 quarter of this year, the Gansu provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau commissioned the relevant provincial quality inspection institutions to conduct regular supervision and inspection on the quality of 17 kinds of products, such as pesticides, agricultural vehicles, chemical reagents, washing products, gasoline for motor vehicles, light diesel oil, dissolved acetylene, batteries, food additives, leather products, shoes, tires, carpets, handicrafts, paper, glasses and soft furniture, which were produced and sold throughout the province.

A total of 823 batches of products from 697 production and distribution enterprises were inspected and approved, and 751 batches were qualified, and the qualified rate of the total products was 91.3%.

The qualified rate of tourist shoes is low, and the life span is short. The 125 batches of ordinary viscose leather shoes and tourist shoes sold by 163 circulation enterprises were checked.

The 140 batches of the 104 enterprises were qualified, and the qualified products were 85.9%.

Among them, the qualified rate of leather shoes is 88.6%, and the qualified rate of tourist shoes is 78%.

The overall quality decreased by nearly 10 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

The main quality problems are: first, the length of "grinding marks" of individual leather shoes and the "bending stiffness of hook core" do not meet the standard requirements.

The wear resistance of leather shoes and shoes with "wear marks" is not good, and the sole of shoes is easy to wear when worn, which greatly reduces the life of leather shoes.

Hook is the key component that supports the shaping effect between the outsole and the bottom of the leather shoes. The unqualified leather shoes will be raised or depressed under the hook, which will make the foot feel very uncomfortable, walk pain, affect health and even hurt the feet.
