High industrial agglomeration in the park

Dafeng Xiaohai Chemical Fiber Textile Industrial Park, located in Haituan Village, Xiaohai Town, east of Dashen Road, 18 kilometers south of Dafeng City, is an integrated industrial park established by Xiaohai Industrial Concentration Zone and SME Park. The industrial park is planned to cover an area of 2 million square meters. There are 25 enterprises in the park, with a total investment of 2.071 billion yuan and a development and use area of 1 million square meters, Among them, the building area is 390800 square meters, including 38.28 square meters of standard plants, 83100 square meters of multi-storey standard plants in standard plants, 2918 employees, annual output value of 3 billion yuan, and profits and taxes of 200 million yuan.

The characteristic industry in the park is the textile industry. At present, 10 textile enterprises have entered the park, including 1 cotton textile enterprise, 1 chemical fiber polyester nylon spinning and texturing enterprise, and 8 chemical fiber filament water jet weaving enterprises. Of the eight water jet weaving enterprises, seven have been partially completed and put into production, and one is expected to be put into production before the end of the year. The enterprise put into production now has 3000 water jet looms, which will reach the scale of 5000 after the completion of the first phase project, and is expected to reach the scale of 10000 in the next three years. The investors of the 8 parent silk weaving enterprises entering the park are all filament weaving enterprises in Shengze Town and Wangjiangjing Town. These enterprises have strong strength and rich experience in filament weaving production and marketing. The established enterprises have a high starting point and advanced equipment. There are 4000 front supporting equipment such as double twister, winding machine, bucket dumping machine and warping machine. Technical management personnel and some operation technicians are directly selected by the original enterprises, ensuring that the new enterprises can enter normal production and operation after putting into production, The concentration of characteristic industries reached 87%. At present, the main products involved and the production capacity reached: 20000 polyester cotton blended spindles, 80000 tons of chemical fiber spinning, and silk like clothing The fabric is 500 million meters, and the shape memory functional clothing fabric is 110 million meters.

Gradually increase the carrying capacity

In order to further improve the supporting services, at present, the Xiaohai Town Government has invested 60 million yuan to build a 110KV substation, and 26 million yuan to implement the power supply line access project of today's high-end silk imitation, Honglei chemical fiber, Jinzhang high-end silk imitation and other projects. At present, the main pipe network of the sewage treatment plant and its pipe network project with a total investment of 25 million yuan has been laid. At the same time, 25 million yuan has been invested to implement the central road, Yuanhai Road, Wanggang Second Bridge, Honglong River Bridge, and water supply and drainage and water environment improvement projects in the park. Further accelerate the construction of the sewage plant and its pipe network in the park. Throughout the year, 120000 square meters of standard houses were newly built, and 5 projects with more than 100 million yuan were settled. 1500 meters of drainage ditches in the park were dredged, and 360 street lamps were added. The supporting infrastructure in the park, such as television, telecommunications and water pipelines, will be fully covered.

At the same time, the ability of the park to carry large and good projects has been further improved. The Xiaohai Town Park Service and Recreational and Cultural Activity Center, with a total construction area of nearly 10000 square meters, was started in April 2012. At present, the main works have been completed, and the interior and exterior decoration is in progress. With the central building, Xiaohai Park, which was officially started in early July 2012, has completed the infrastructure project by the end of the year. For the Xiaohai New Community Project, the two phases of the project cover an area of about 42000 square meters, with a total planned investment of 180 million yuan and a building area of 75000 square meters. The first phase of development is nearing the end, and the second phase of development has been fully started. On the west side of the new community, more than 10000 square meters of cultural square has been completed and opened to the outside world. At the same time, the town government has actively implemented a number of "unblocked projects", "lighting projects" and "beautification projects".

Wide development space in the later period

In recent years, Xiaohai Town Government has won the "Award for Investment Promotion and Project Promotion" for many times.

In 2012, Xiaohai Town continued to strengthen investment attraction and project construction. Five projects worth 100 million yuan were introduced and started in the whole year, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan, including: elegant high-end weaving project with a total investment of 180 million yuan, Honglei chemical fiber project with a total investment of 280 million yuan, Weixun high-end silk like fabric project with a total investment of 280 million yuan The current phase II high-grade silk like fabric project with a total investment of 220 million yuan and an additional registered capital of 50 million yuan and the high-grade silk like fabric project with a total investment of 220 million yuan. Two hundred million yuan projects were completed: Jinzhang Phase I high-grade silk like fabric project with a total investment of 230 million yuan, and Jinda Phase I high-grade silk like fabric project with a total investment of 340 million yuan. There are two billion yuan projects to be started, namely, the high-end silk like fabric project with an investment of 560 million yuan and the high-grade air jet weaving project of Daqihua with a total investment of 260 million yuan.

It is understood that the government of Xiaohai Town will continue to strengthen investment attraction in the later period, accelerate the carrier construction of the park, and constantly improve the service system. In terms of power infrastructure, another 110KV substation will be built to form a double circuit uninterruptible power supply system to meet the requirements of peak power consumption. The park will guide enterprises to expand the scale of weaving equipment, which is expected to reach 10000 water jet looms and 10000 employees in the park, making the industry a modern industry with strong employment absorption ability.

At the same time, depending on the opportunity of retreating from the city to the park, the Xiaohai Town government will accelerate the extension of the industrial chain by supporting projects in the printing and dyeing sector, so that upstream and downstream enterprises can enhance cooperation space and constantly expand the industrial field. Build a fair service platform: establish a research and development and testing platform, provide product added value, enhance the anti risk ability of enterprises, provide all-round services for enterprises, increase core competitiveness, and promote rapid industrial upgrading.
