In addition to introducing the efficiency of the latest high-yield carding machines, such as the JWF1208 wide width carding machine at warp and weft, and the high yield carding machine with a line speed of 280 kg/h at Rieter C70, the delegates were more eager to solve the problem in the current production why the high yield carding machine could not achieve the high yield effect.


    At present, no matter how high the output is when domestic and foreign manufacturers introduce new carding machines, they focus on demonstrating the development of technology. However, these new types of equipment with a purported output of more than 100 kg/h~200 kg/h are all rotor spinning, and most yarn mills make carding machines for combed products, even high-yield carding machines purchased in recent years, The linear speed is still difficult to exceed 150m/min (about 6g per meter), otherwise it is not up to the requirements to make high-grade yarn neps, and it is generally good to reach 45kg/h. The actual output of Rieter C70 high production carding machine is 280 kg/h, which is equivalent to 5~6 cars made in China. Can such high output make combed yarn with the same output? The answer is no. Similarly, it is not cost-effective for domestic yarn mills to produce combed yarn with such carding machines. Therefore, domestic yarn mills choose high-yield carding machines to produce rotor spun yarn.


    The author has been puzzled for many years. Ten years ago, China spin When the Engineering Society organized everyone to visit a factory in Shandong to visit the production of domestic blowing carding units, the output of combed products of the carding machine had reached about 35 kg/h, and the quality indicators had met high requirements. Ten years later, most mills still stay at 45kg/h, equipment and equipment are substantially updated, and prices are doubled. Is it possible to increase the output of only 10kg/h? Even, in order to make high-grade products, many mills still adopt the method of "light weight, slow speed", and the output is less than 40 kg/h. What is more incomprehensible is that many mills mistakenly believe that as long as it is equipped with Graff imported card clothing, it can drive at a high speed, and the service life of the machine will be extended. It has been opened for nearly 4 years without grinding the needle once. At this blowing carding technology seminar, no textile machine factory specifically discussed whether the carding machine could really achieve high yield when producing combed products. However, when talking about the new idea of reducing neps, President Xiao, the technical director of Jinlun Kechuang Co., Ltd., mentioned that increasing the output of the carding machine from the perspective of transfer rate thinking might be a technical breakthrough.


    In talking with cotton mills that use imported and domestic carding machines of the same type, we found that they have the same experience and views. They agreed that imported carding machines have fewer failures, the pipeline pressure of the carding machine is stable, the nep is about 10% lower than that of domestic carding machines under the same production conditions, and the noil is at least 1% lower, and the imported carding machines pay special attention to details. From the perspective of the smoothness and tightness of the pipeline and interface, the domestic carding machines must be cleaned every day, and the imported carding machines can be cleaned once every 2-3 days. In addition, the process of the movable cover plate affecting the neps and the main carding spacing of the cylinder is ensured. The design of the imported carding machine is based on the online automatic needle grinding of the carding machine. It requires the standard of the flat card clothing. The cylinder iron tire has good cylindricity, small deformation, and good flatness of the wrapped card clothing, which ensures the accuracy of the turning process under the conditions of high yield. High yield can be achieved not only in a short time, but also in a long term.


    The author is thinking that at present, most domestic cotton spinning mills have a serious loss of carding talents, and there are few factories that can really achieve high yield, high quality and high efficiency. Why can't China go its own way? When producing combed products, the textile machinery factory and the cotton textile factory work together to tackle key problems, and jointly discuss a standard for producing high-yield combed products, that is, to develop standards covering many aspects, including raw materials, card clothing configuration, equipment configuration, turning process, piping system setting, and basic equipment management, so as to better play the advantages of high-yield carding machines.


    The seminar proposed that the blowing carding process should be as short as possible, grasping, opening, mixing and cleaning to meet the carding needs of high-yield carding machines. At present, according to the production practice, the "light, small, complete and even grasping" of the cotton grabber may not meet the needs of the process. First of all, "grasp lightly". If the cotton bale is fully opened, the cotton bale is pressed with similar bars or slots, and then pulled out with a blade, the grasping effect is not ideal. In order to grasp lightly, sometimes the output will be reduced to reduce the speed of the grappler. In fact, due to the diversity of raw material sources, the height of cotton bales varies greatly, which can not be solved by flattening high bales with low bales. Similarly, the opening degree of wet and aged cotton or low grade cotton is also very poor, so pre opening of cotton bales is necessary. Secondly, in daily production, in order to prevent uneven grabbing, a certain proportion of recycled flowers should be used for each box. If the proportion is too high, it may be uneven grabbing due to loose recycled flowers. If it is said that "focusing on the small" can still be achieved, it may be difficult to "focus on the whole and balance". However, it was pointed out at the meeting that in the production of colored yarn, a machine factory once designed a manipulator controlled by a computer to grab different raw materials and weigh them automatically, but this practice was too inefficient. The author wondered whether we could change our thinking, cancel the hatchet grabbing, adopt the air flow absorption, and design a "cotton grabber" that can meet the requirements of high production and efficiency of blowing carding unit, so that the blowing carding unit can truly achieve short process, high quality and high efficiency.
