Liaoning Children'S Clothing Product Quality Supervision And Spot Checks
According to the Liaoning Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau's supervision and spot check plan in 2008, the Liaoning Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau in May organized the relevant units to carry out special supervision and spot checks on children's clothing products in our province.
The situation of spot checks is announced as follows: first, the basic situation of supervision and spot check. This special supervision and spot check conducted a total of 20 batches of children's clothing products of 20 production enterprises, qualified 3 batches, and the qualified rate of product sampling was 15%.
The main non conformities are: decomposable aromatic amine dyes, pH value, moisture fastness to rubbing fastness, colour fastness to washing, fiber content and product identification.
Two. The results of spot checks were analyzed. 1, the decomposable aromatic amine dyes were detected for the first time.
Decomposable aromatic amine dyes involving human health and safety were detected for the first time.
Decomposable aromatic amine dyes are dyes synthesized from carcinogenic aromatic amines, commonly known as banned azo dyes.
At present, there are 23 known carcinogenic aromatic amines. There are hundreds of dyes synthesized from these aromatic amines.
Clothing and other textiles use these toxic dyes, in contact with the human body, its harmful ingredients are absorbed by the skin and spread in the human body, and then mixed with the substances released in the normal metabolism of human body, resulting in a reduction reaction to form carcinogenic aromatic amine compounds.
The dyestuff is a product prohibited by the state, and its dyed fabrics and garments are prohibited from production and sale.
The main reason for this failure is the enterprise's pursuit of profit maximization in order to reduce the cost of raw materials.
2. PH value exceeds standard.
Children are in the period of growth and development. They have higher requirements for the safety performance of clothing fabrics, and the pH value is not qualified, which affects the health and safety of children, and is easy to cause harm to children.
A total of 5 batches of the products were pH unqualified, accounting for 29.4% of the total rejected batches.
The main reason for the failure is the use of inferior and unqualified fabrics. It also indirectly reflects some small printing and dyeing factories, such as Jerry building, fabric dyeing and other pretreatment processes, omitting subsequent neutralization or rinsing processes and so on, and can not effectively remove residual alkaline chemicals.
3, color fastness is not good.
Color fastness is the product's resistance to washing and rubbing. It refers to the degree of fading of the dyed fabric in the course of using or processing, and the color fastness of denim fabric is not easy to control and become a quality bottleneck.
In the process of wearing clothes with unqualified color fastness, rain and sweat will cause pigments to fall off and fade. The dye molecules and heavy metal ions may be absorbed by the skin and harm the skin.
In addition, it will cause dirty clothes to be dyed or washed.
The main reason for this failure is the use of inferior and unqualified fabrics.
4. The content of fiber used in fabrics does not conform to the indication.
Children's clothing usually has high content of cotton, breathable and comfortable fabrics, and the relative cost is higher.
However, in order to reduce costs, small garment factories are not strict in purchasing goods when purchasing fabrics. They usually purchase fabrics produced by small textile printing and dyeing enterprises, and mark them according to oral agreement, which results in inconsistent fiber contents and express labels.
5, enterprise product identification does not meet the requirements.
It is easy to mislead consumers to choose qualified products if they fail.
In the 20 batches of products sampled, 16 batches of product labels were found to be of varying degrees.
From the inspection results, some products lack safety category labels, some do not label fiber content, and some even do not have product name, standard number, quality grade and so on.
The main reason for the failure is that the enterprises do not know the standard well enough and do not attach enough importance to the product identification.
