Shaoxing County Will Set Up A "Card Swiping And Mud Discharging" Mechanism In All Printing And Dyeing Enterprises Next Year

Shaoxing County will implement "card swiping sludge discharge" in all printing and dyeing enterprises next year to solve the sludge problem like controlling industrial sewage discharge. At present, as a unified disposal site for printing and dyeing sludge, the sludge disposal project of Zhejiang Longde Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is stepping up construction. 103 printing and dyeing enterprises have signed sludge disposal agreements, of which 47 have transported sludge to the temporary storage yard of the company.

"If" sewage discharge by card "is like consumption by savings card, and the enterprise has to stop production when the quota is used up, then" sludge discharge by card "is like repayment by credit card. When the printing and dyeing enterprise disposes of printing and dyeing sludge, it needs to swipe the card first, leave a record, and the environmental protection staff will compare and verify with the sludge volume of the printing and dyeing enterprise according to the monthly card swiping record."

According to Ren Songyi, the leader of Shaoxing County Environmental Protection Supervision Brigade, the pilot project is now in its initial stage. Once the time is ripe, it will be fully implemented. Shaoxing County printing and dyeing enterprises will all install card swiping sludge discharge systems, so that sludge treatment can be fully supervised throughout the process. At that time, printing and dyeing sludge will not appear on roads and construction sites.

It is understood that there are more than 200 printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing County, producing about 2100 tons of printing and dyeing sludge every day. In order to carry out long-term and effective supervision, Shaoxing County will learn from the concept of "clocking sewage discharge" and establish a "clocking sludge discharge" mechanism to better monitor the whole process of sludge discharge of printing and dyeing enterprises. At the same time, Shaoxing County also encourages thermal power plants and cement plants to dispose of printing and dyeing sludge. For example, more than 10 printing and dyeing enterprises in Yangxunqiao Town of Shaoxing County uniformly handed over the sludge to a local cement plant for disposal; Zhejiang Xinsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. in Lizhu Town has a daily sludge treatment capacity of 200 tons, which can solve the sludge outlet problem of nearly 20 printing and dyeing enterprises.
