"Since this year, printing and dyeing enterprises have become more and more active in improving the atmospheric environment, and the pace of the" coal to gas "project has been accelerated," said the head of the environmental protection department. In Anchang Town, many printing and dyeing enterprises are enthusiastic about "coal to gas", and a good atmosphere of "catching up with each other" has been formed. For example, after three large printing and dyeing enterprises such as Asia Pacific Dyeing and Weaving Company, Asia Pacific Printing Company and Yuzhan Company took the lead in completing the "coal to gas" project, Jiade Printing and Dyeing Company, Asia Pacific Extra Wide Company and other enterprises are catching up. At present, the "coal to gas" project is about to be completed.

The emission of particulate matter per cubic meter of exhaust gas is within 10 mg. This is the result of random sampling inspection of online atmospheric monitoring in Yichang Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., which is far lower than the requirement that the maximum emission concentration of exhaust particulates per cubic meter should not exceed 30 mg in the "Emission Limits of Exhaust Gas from the Stereotype Machine in the Printing and Dyeing Industry" issued by the government department. Yi Chuang Printing and Dyeing Company is the first printing and dyeing enterprise to implement the "coal to gas" project. Last October, all finalizers used natural gas, and at the same time, secondary electrostatic devices for exhaust gas were installed. Yichuang Printing and Dyeing Company's investment in environmental protection has resulted in the improvement of the surrounding atmospheric environment. Now the company has devoted all its energy to improving the quality and file of its products.

With the increasing tension of land use, the coal yard occupies the largest space for printing and dyeing enterprises, and also affects the cleaning of the plant. "This land will become a useful place for the development of enterprises." Chen Jianding, chairman of Yuzhan Printing and Dyeing Company, pointed to the empty coal yard and said that the use of natural gas, a clean energy, not only benefits the atmospheric environment, but also creates conditions for the development of enterprises themselves.

Promoting the "coal to gas" project has a lot to do with energy consumption and environmental protection. Printing and dyeing enterprises in Binhai Industrial Zone are not included in the scope of this "coal to gas" project, however, many printing and dyeing enterprises also consciously use natural gas heating. Shaoxing PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. undertakes the task of supplying natural gas to Binhai Industrial Zone. The reporter learned from the company that at present, the company has supplied gas to many printing and dyeing enterprises, such as Red Green Blue Company, Yingfeng Company, Huaxia Company and so on, with a daily supply of nearly 100000 square meters. It is understood that the current natural gas pipeline has been laid to the Binhai Industrial Zone, and many printing and dyeing enterprises have expressed their intention to install it.
