According to the provisions of the AQSIQ, the city will exempt the inspection fees for export commodities from August 2013 to December, and the general industrial manufactured goods under 1507 HS codes after August 15th will no longer be inspected for export commodities. Specific to Wenzhou's export commodities, mainly related to footwear , textile Instruments, electrical appliances, machinery and so on. Our city will strictly implement the policy of reduction and exemption, and ensure that policies and measures to support foreign trade and lighten the burden of enterprises are put in place.

At the same time, for the export commodities in the reserved catalogue, we should take trade facilitation as the precondition, further deepen the export classification management, dilute the batch management, explore the accreditation and acceptance of the third party inspection report, reduce the proportion of pumping and batch inspection and the frequency of factory supervision and inspection, implement the qualified hypothesis, supervise after the event, and optimize the process.

In accelerating the reform of import inspection and supervision business, our city will take the classified management and risk analysis as the main means, and explore the implementation of import classification management, with the principle of effective supervision and trade facilitation, and optimize the import inspection process.
