Notice On Quantity Of Export Quota For Foreign Invested Enterprises In 2008

[unit] the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued the letter of Commerce No. 2008 [1] [release date] 2008-01-28, the competent departments of Commerce in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities under separate planning and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps: according to the relevant regulations on the licensing management of foreign-funded enterprises, the number of export quotas for agricultural products exported by foreign invested enterprises in 2008 will be issued to you at the same time and issued through the network of foreign investment enterprises' import and export management system.

Please notify relevant enterprises to apply for export licenses according to the regulations.

Please earnestly do a good job in organizing and implementing the export quotas for agricultural products of foreign invested enterprises in this area, and give feedback to our ministry (foreign investment department) at any time.

For applications for foreign investment enterprises that need to be reduced or increased or newly approved for export, please report them to our department in a timely manner.
