In this sense, choice is more important than everything.

The boss's biggest choice is his entry into the industry. Most of the bosses are here. Entrepreneurship I did it at the beginning. When the enterprise has a certain age and scale, our choice is to constantly redefine the focus of our business and our work. When choosing a business, we are clear about options, but when the company has a certain size and age, our difficulty is gradually having no idea what options we have.

8. control is a mechanism for effective operation of an organization. The key is the smoothness of information and the use of information.

At these 8 key points, bosses are prone to make some key mistakes.

A small number of companies, such as less than 50 people, do not need to consider complex organizational structure, processes and systems. The boss should focus on creating products suitable for the target customers of enterprises so as to promote the development of enterprises.

A company with a certain scale (for example, an enterprise with 40~300 people), it is necessary for the boss to constantly clarify his organizational structure and pay attention to the development and growth of his staff.

A large scale enterprise (for example, an enterprise with more than 200 people), the boss must start to consider his own system construction and the optimization of control system, because there will be many problems after the large scale management.
