The Research And Development Of The Pacific Spinning Machine Melt Direct Spinning Three-Dimensional Hollow Polyester Short Device

Produced by Shanghai Pacific Textile machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd., a 75 day melt spinning direct spinning 3D hollow polyester staple fiber production plant has been developed. It has been successfully delivered at DESAY chemical fiber company in, and has been running for more than half a month. The unit consumption and product quality all meet the design requirements.

Jiangsu DESAY chemical fiber company is a large joint venture jointly established by China Textile Industrial Design Institute, Hongkong Huayuan Chemical Industry (China) Co., Ltd. Hongkong Ming De Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Kawei Chemical Co., Ltd.

In this project, the production scale of polyester fiber and chips is 600KT/a. The first phase is 200KT/a, which mainly produces polyester and flexible differential direct spinning polyester staple fiber.

The Shanghai Pacific package has undertaken a phase 200KT/a, 4 differential direct spinning polyester staple production line.

In this year, second differential flexible PET staple fiber production lines will be put into operation. It is expected that in the first half of next year, another two large capacity polyester staple fiber production lines with an annual output of more than 50 thousand tons will be driven one after another. At that time, the structure of DESAY chemical fiber products will be optimized and the economic benefits of enterprises will be increased.
