Japan Ke Ni CA Minolta Inkjet Technology Co., Ltd. has recently promoted Nassenger PRO-60 and Nassenger PRO-1000 two inkjet printing machines.

The nozzle of Nassenger PRO 60 inkjet printing machine is a piezoelectric sprinkler with on-demand inkjet function. It has 9 sprinklers and 512 nozzles on each sprinkler. The machine can use several kinds of ink, such as active ink, disperse ink, acid ink and so on. The maximum print width is 1850 mm, and the maximum print thickness is 10 mm (including automatic adjustment function of the system).

Its printing mode has 540 x 360dpi, 540 x 540dpi, 540 x 720dpi, 900 x 720dpi and so on, corresponding printing speed is 60 square meters / hour, 40 square meters / hour, 30 square meters / hour, 20 square meters / hour. Its ink supply system adopts motor driven pump and built-in ink exhausting device.

Nassenger PRO-1000 inkjet printing Printing machine The printing speed can reach 1000 square meters / hour, the machine is equipped with 81 sprinklers, each nozzle has 1024 nozzles, which can greatly improve the printing speed.

Improved Digital printing machine It is a powerful inkjet printing system with 8 sets of printing units. The digital printing speed of the machine can reach 75 meters / minute, almost catching up with the speed of rotary screen printing machine. In fact, the structure of LARIO digital printing machine is very similar to that of rotary screen printing machine.

There are 8 sets of jet printing units arranged on the printing guide band of several meters in length. The spray heads of each printing unit are fixed along the direction of the door width, and these sprinklers can be filled with effective printing width.

When printing, the fabric attached to the conduction belt is continuous and the nozzle is fixed. This printing method is completely different from the previous digital printing machine, which can achieve continuous printing. It is understood that this printing machine has been put into use in Italy printing plant.
