    After a period of observation, I think the problems raised by the business department are some representation problems, such as complex financial procedures, complicated signature process, and poor financial attitude. Under these performance problems, the real contradiction is concealed.

These departments should pay attention to communication at ordinary times and establish a harmonious trust relationship.


    Fifth, we must exchange, take extensive exchanges, communicate with each other in an informal way, acquire information in various ways and transmit information at different levels.
