Huang Tanwei, general manager of the global resources exhibition, pointed out that as the global consumer market downturn, the traditional market buyers will adopt the strategy of value-added procurement. Because of the change of consumer behavior, the number of buyers' orders has been reduced and small orders are inclined to meet the short-term demand.
