Authoritative Evaluation Results Released: ULED Comprehensive Quality Performance Beyond OLED

OLED, known as the next generation display technology, is already on the way. market Is it really amazing that the quality of its products is really as amazing as people expect? Electronic Chamber of Commerce Experts and consumers in the industry have conducted subjective evaluation of image quality of Hisense ULED and OLED. After testing, ULED scored more than OLED on eight key quality indicators, especially in motion picture performance, clarity and color than OLED TV.

It is reported that the subjective evaluation comparison test is based on GB/T 22123-2008 "digital TV receiving equipment image and sound subjective evaluation method", and compared the image quality of Hisense ULED and comparison prototype OLED TV using the stimulation comparison method. The evaluation staff consists of third research institutes of China Electronic Technology Group, Beijing Film Academy, Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, National Radio and TV product quality supervision and inspection center, Tsinghua University Electronic Engineering Department, China Electronic Technology Standardization Research Institute Certification Center, 7 experts of China Photographers Association, and 8 ordinary consumers. The four groups are blinded, which highlights the authority and impartiality of the evaluation. 　

The evaluation results show that Hisense ULED performs better than OLED in terms of definition, dark field performance, color reduction, level contrast, noise reduction, motion picture performance, 45 degrees of view, brightness and color deviation, and comprehensive performance. The performance of the Hisense ULED is superior to that of OLED TV in terms of motion picture performance, clarity and color. 　　

National Radio and TV products quality Li Jian, deputy chief engineer of the supervision and inspection center, said that there are many ways to evaluate the image quality of TV sets. There are dozens of objective indicators, and the method of subjective evaluation that should ultimately be able to respond to image quality should be preferred.

Professors and experts of Beijing Film Academy, Tsinghua University, China Photographers Association and China Electronic Technology Standardization Institute Accreditation Center agree that the quality of Hisense ULED has greatly improved in visual subjective sense, especially in terms of fluency of motion picture than OLED.

Consumers at the scene said that when using ULED to look at fruit, the color was particularly good, which made people have a lot of appetite. OLED had Catton phenomenon when watching the motion picture, not like the machine being tested.

Professor Shi Zhenyu of Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University believes that the comfort of people's eyes is far more humane than the cold physical indicators. ULED's comfort to human eyes is obviously better than that of OLED.

Since March 28th, Hisense's 65 inch, 55 inch and 50 inch XT900 series ULED televisions are officially on sale in the Chinese market. Consumers can compare with others in the terminal stores, and ULED and OLED are better.
