The Twenty-Third SPINEXPO Exhibition Is Held In Shanghai.
The twenty-third SPINEXPO was held in from March 11 to 13, 2014 at the Shanghai World Expo exhibition hall. A total of 10858 spectators visited, compared with the previous spring and Summer Exhibition (10560 spectators). There were 192 exhibitors in this exhibition, which increased by about 10% compared with the spring and summer of 2013. The new exhibitors mainly came from knitwear manufacturing. There are about 9243 spectators in the mainland of China, accounting for 73% of the world's spectators. The quality of the audience is steadily improving. They all have a clear purpose and are prepared for the visiting exhibitors in advance. The number of Japanese spectators is stable, and the number of audiences in Korea and Hongkong is also the same. The number of spectators from Europe has improved (this is 302 spectators and last year is 256 spectators), which reflects the direct marketing effect of the new team of the sponsors on European brands. The number of spectators in South America and Central America has also risen, and so is Australia. At the same time, Australia is also becoming an increasingly concerned market for high-end products.
Since its first launch, SPINEXPO has made clear its exhibition objectives, namely, focusing on high quality and unique products, providing quality service and close cooperation for suppliers and buyers. This exhibition also focuses on the introduction of hand woven yarn manufacturers to create a more suitable exhibition area for hand spinning products to highlight the particularity of their products. Now more and more hand knitted yarn producers are exhibiting SPINEXPO. In the early autumn of September 2014, we will introduce a special exhibition hall for the SPINEXPO autumn and winter exhibition.
The atmosphere of the exhibition is pleasant and energetic. Compared with the same period last year, the volume of business of most of the participating large groups increased by 10% to 15%. The Chinese region has declined slightly, but is still a leading country in the field of textile supply. SPINEXPO's strategy focusing on high-end exhibitors is also in line with the trend of market structure adjustment. Brands in Europe and the United States still pay more attention to prices, but what they need is creativity, service and reliability, and are willing to pay higher costs in order to ensure quality, stable logistics and good after-sales service. For exhibitors, profit is more important than sales volume. Some companies target customers who demand high-end quality, personalized products and additional services. The main trend area created by Sophie Stella (Sophie Steller) studio is a series of products and creative ideas with the theme of "breaking boundaries". Sophie Stella's creations are that design and trend trends have changed radically in the past few years and no longer focus solely on visual attractiveness. Today, the most important trend is to understand and reflect the experience of exhibitors and spectators in product development. The SPINEXPO main trend area also focuses on market and fashion information, bringing new ideas and new trends. To this end, the focus of the main trend area is still to show the fashion of exhibitors, the latest software of display machinery manufacturer Saint Anthony and island essence, and the latest research and development achievements of the intelligent Textile Institute of Trent University in Nottingham.
Other trends in regional display focus on textile specific areas that SPINEXPO believes will be more and more important. Easy move: knitted fabric area @SPINEXPO is a brand new concept, reflecting the increasing importance of circular knitting fabric. The region recognised the close relationship between spinning and knitting, and explored the diversity between wool sports and circular knitting fabrics. Chic design in the area Designer Alexander Miller (Alexandre Miel) was carried out with Kashandro Weidi Green (Cassandra Verity Green), a British Saint Martin graduate, using the machine of Saint Anthony. The exhibition also showcases the gold prize winners of the Hua Fu cup fashion design competition.
The new "SPINEXPO" exhibition shows 43 works from the second year students of Trent University in Nottingham, including knitted, woven, printed and embroidered elements. The purpose of this area is to publicize the unique creativity of yarn producers. The exhibition area is classified according to fiber classification, and each partition shows the unique creative works done by students using yarn supplied by yarn producers.
Another trend area, with the concept of "breaking the cashmere boundary", has explored a series of creative techniques for neon colors and hyperfine yarn for summer, including: Holiday Swimsuit (Su Fei Stella) from a completely new angle; hand painted garments and scarves from Shenzhen union fashion and Hongkong times Textile Printing Co., Ltd.; designer Stephen Wu (Steven Oo), a series of neon tales excavated from the ancient legend of Burma; designer Alexander Miller (Alexandre Miel) designed neon boy series inspired by the revival of jazz and inspired by European singer Stromae; Paula Chen (Paula Cheng) used pleated yarn to create a pleated outline. Thanks to the following garment manufacturers, they will inject vitality into the cashmere transformation exhibition area: Sailetto China, Indonesia Jaba Garmindo and Jiangsu sailing. SPINEXPO will return to the New York metropolitan exhibition hall on July 2014 15-16-17 to hold the 2015-2016 autumn and winter exhibition.
