Short Term Employment Contract
First party:
Party B:
Party A employs Party B as a short-term employee. The two parties, through equal consultation, agree to agree on the following terms together.
Party B's attendance and management is handled according to Party A's employee handbook.
Two, Party B post Or type of work.
Three Party B shall perform its duties in the following workplaces according to the work arrangements of Party A.
(1) Party headquarters of Party A;

Four, Party B's responsibilities and matters shall be assigned by Party A according to Party B's position or work and Party B's ability and Party A's needs.
Five. The normal working hours of Party B are 7 hours a day, and every Friday and half working days, their work, rest and vacation are handled according to the employee handbook.
Six, Party A, in accordance with the requirements of the work, requires Party B to work overtime, except for irresistible circumstances, Party B shall cooperate with him in matters related to overtime work in accordance with the employee handbook.
Seven, Party A shall implement the social insurance system according to the provisions of the state security and shall be insured by Party B.
Eight, Party A shall pay Party B's remuneration on a monthly basis, and the salary of Party B shall be RMB yuan per month.
Nine, Party B enjoys half the treatment of medical staff in medical expenses reimbursement and labor insurance benefits.
Ten, Party B monthly wages It is issued by Party A on the 5 day of next month, if the day of payment is due on Sunday or holiday. Party A shall pay one day or several days in advance or one day after deduction.
Eleven, Party A's reward to Party B is divided into 5 categories: commendation, merit, promotion, and advanced production (work) and labor model. Party A's punishment to Party B is divided into 5 categories: warning, demerit, demotion, dismissal and removal. The above awards and punishment shall be handled in accordance with the employee handbook. The award and punishment record is one of the basis for Party A's assessment of Party B.
Twelve. Party A has the right to terminate this contract due to the shrinkage of business or Party B's inability to perform the work of Party A, and notify Party B 1 months ahead of schedule. When the contract is terminated, Party A will issue 1 months' salary to Party B.
Thirteen Party B shall inform Party A 1 months ahead of schedule when the contract is terminated. When party is transferred, Party B shall go through the formalities according to the employee manual, and Party A will not increase the salary of 1 months.
Fourteen. Party B declares that Party B has already obtained the employee handbook when signing the contract, and is aware of the full text and is willing to comply with all the requirements.
Fifteen, the contract is in two copies, each party holds one copy, and it will take effect from the date of the month after the signature of the two parties.
Sixteen. This contract is a long-term contract. If neither Party A and B declare otherwise, this contract will remain valid.
Seventeen. Party A and B agree to implement all disputes in this contract and agree to the Municipal Labor Bureau as the first arbitral body.
