    Posture LanguageFunctionEtiquette

       (1) sitting posture

Sitting posture is the language to convey information through all kinds of sitting posture, including the posture of sitting and sitting. When you sit in a seat, you should be light and slow. When you walk to your seat, turn around and sit quietly. You should not make any noise. After sitting down, the upper body should be straight, with a straight head and eyes on the front or the object of conversation. The back is slightly on the back of the chair. In formal occasions, there are dignified persons who are not seated. The two hands are downward, stacked on both legs, and the legs are naturally bent, the legs are basically perpendicular to the ground, and the feet are flat on the ground. In addition, men should pay attention to the distance between two knees to release one or two fist, while women do not want to loose. On informal occasions, legs can be stacked or slanted when allowed to sit down.

It should be noted that no matter what kind of sitting posture, we should naturally relax and smile. Especially in social occasions, do not rely on the back of your seat or look down at the ground with your head down. Your body should not be bent forward or tilted to one side; your hands should not have unnecessary movements; your legs should not be separated too large, nor should your legs rest on your thighs. These are manifestations of lack of upbringing and arrogance.

       (2) Stance language

Standing language is the language of conveying information through standing posture. Standing is one of the most basic behaviors in people's life, work and communication. The correct stance is upright, steady, natural and kind. The upper body is upright, with a straight head, a smiling face, a slightly lower jaw, a straight shoulder, a straight waist and an abdomen, two arms hanging down naturally, two legs standing upright, legs close together, and tiptoe showing a "V" shape. The female feet can be closed together, and the muscles are slightly contracted. If you stand too long, you can take the left or right foot alternately, but your upper body must be straight.

Daily communication In a person's standing, you can see the state of a person. When someone stands, he likes to use one leg to support. Some people like to lean on anything when they stand. Others stand on the wrong side of the body, their feet are too big, their feet move at random, listless, arrogant and so on. These standing positions are not used for formal occasions, but they are seen as indecent or impolite.

       (3) Walking posture language

Walking posture is the language of information transmission through walking gait. Unlike sitting posture and standing language, walking posture is dynamic.

In daily communication, people's walking posture language can be divided into the following types. One is a steady self possession type, that is, when walking, steady walking, high head and chest, big gait, slow pace and large stride. This gesture is expressed as "happy, proud and proud." The second one is free and easy. When walking, the mood is light, the pace is moderate, the pace is fast, the upper body is upright, the two eyes are flat, and the two hands swing naturally. The meaning of this gesture is "free and easy, relatively calm". The third is the solemn ceremonial type, that is, when walking, the upper body is straight, the steps are strong, the knees are small in curvature, the walking posture is moderate and the speed is moderate, the swing of the steps and hands has a strong sense of rhythm, and the eyes look squarely at the front. "Solemn, warm and courteous" is the main meaning conveyed by this posture.
