In addition, I heard the sales manager of a spinning machine factory describe their process of developing comber, first mapping a comer at that time in a cotton mill, and then producing comber and pushing it to the market in less than half a year.
This may be an exaggeration, but it also reflects the process that some domestic manufacturers only copy mechanically. There is no digestion, absorption, input and research process. How can we produce high quality machines? In fact, under the globalization division of labor environment, independent innovation is a comprehensive process closely related to system integration, processing equipment and technology, and management level. The gap between China's textile machinery and foreign countries is not only the gap of technological invention, but also the full lag of technology, talent and management.
Question two: one-sided exaggeration of product functions
In order to obtain orders and seize the market, some spinning machinery enterprises sell the parts and equipment that do not conform to the original design requirements, and sell the highest level achieved in the experiment as a normal index, exaggerating the function of the equipment unilaterally.
Take the automatic spinning doffing machine as an example, some machines claim that each row of yarn takes 3~4 minutes, and the head retention rate is more than 97%, but the actual yarn arrangement takes more than 4.5 minutes on average, and the retention rate is less than 96%.
I have gone through some enterprises, the response is relatively large purchase of new equipment, due to the poor quality of components and equipment, the overall performance is not up to expectations.
The maintenance work is very heavy and the material consumption of the machine is much higher than expected. The invisible loss is huge.
Such disguised fraud is irresponsible to users and irresponsible to themselves.

It is understood that at the European textile machinery exhibition, the new equipment exhibited by the textile machinery enterprises will be put into the market after testing at least two years or so in the experimental factory or the factories that they cooperate with.
At present, many domestic spinning machinery factories intentionally or unintentionally regard cotton mills directly as experimental factories, and sell below the market price as bait to promote equipment that has been designed but not tested.
The problem is that the prototype is not equal to the commodity. The prototype has not been subjected to the fatigue test such as reliability, stability and failure rate in the experimental factory or the affiliated cotton mill. It often rushing to the market. The configuration of the prototype is not consistent with the market allocation. After being put into production, the prototype will not only fail to achieve maximum efficiency, but will eventually shift the risk to the use plant, so that the user will spend a lot of manpower and material resources.
Problem three: equipment can not keep up with the mainframe.
In some textile machinery factories, there are some problems such as design irregularities, no emphasis on innovation, and no systematic coordination and consideration of functions, materials and processes of each component.
First of all, the quality of key components is not good or improper, and the accuracy of machining and assembly can not meet the design requirements.
The quality of equipment and components directly determines the quality of the whole machine.
Equipment allocation is not in place, there is no standard, only according to the agreement price with the customer, the price is high, the disposition is good; the price is low, the disposition is bad.
Secondly, the textile machinery equipment and its associated technology lag behind.
According to the author's understanding of the textile market, there are three lagging behind in the following aspects: first, the lag of equipment after high-yielding equipment is more prominent; two, the high-end equipment maintenance method can not keep up with the requirements; three, the focus of high-speed new equipment maintenance and the lag of fuel specification.
Third, the technology on the vehicle is not in place, so that the technology can not really get on the bus for a long time.
Textile machinery factories are often used to host production, and seldom study the production technology and process software of popular products in the market.
