Zhang Lao gave an example to reporters: when he first started a factory, he built the living facilities of the staff canteen and other facilities, and the food was good. The key is that breakfast should be introduced every morning.
He said that tannery workers are all manual workers who can't eat well.
"Starting from improving the working environment, equipment conditions, improving workers' treatment and improving living needs, we hope workers can enhance their centripetal force and enterprises will have the foundation for their development."
Zhang Lao believes that the flow of employees will lead to technological loss and quality loss.
"For example, quality control is a management that permeates every production link, and it will be too late to wait until the product comes out.
In Taiwan, every employee is a QC staff, of course, the premise is that employees must first have the idea of "factory as home".
At Zhang Lao's desk, the reporter saw a thick management system, which included the management system of all the different production positions of the whole production chain of Guan Xing leather, and the benefits of detailed management were obvious in the factory area where Guan Xing leather was managed orderly, busy and undisturbed, and divided scientifically.

Zhang Lao, who has been in different parts of the country for 20 years, knows a lot about the development of leather industry in China. During the interview with China Leather net reporter, he was deeply worried about the pressure brought by the leather skin rising of tanning enterprises.
Zhang believes that the rising trend of international raw materials has lasted for 3 years, which has brought tremendous pressure to domestic tanning enterprises. In the face of pressure, the domestic leather industry should seek countermeasures and face difficulties directly.
At the same time, China's domestic raw materials trading is not standardized, but also makes the majority of enterprises suffer a high cost burden.
He suggested that domestic breeding and tannery industry should establish a smooth and standardized trading channel for raw materials, effectively changing the current situation of a few "leather dealers" leading prices.
"Raw materials are managed as national assets all over the world, and it is hoped that the government will intervene in time to control market prices."
For tannery enterprises to carry out tannery and environmental protection improvement work since the beginning of this year, Zhang said that tannery protection is not only an industry and business issue, but also a social and livelihood issue.
For example, in Taiwan, tanning enterprises are assigned to special industrial areas, and environmental protection is done by the government to collect environmental costs.
Especially in wastewater treatment, mature experience is available.
Zhang hoped that the two sides of the leather industry should complement each other and create convenient conditions in the industrial chain division of labor, taxation and trade. "Relying on the strong R & D capability and potential market of the mainland, creating more value-added leather products and enhancing the competitiveness of China's leather industry, it is quite possible for the two sides to join hands in building a leather power and trading power."
