With the development of the times, the needs of every generation of consumers are different. With the growth of "post-80s" and "post-90s", they gradually become the main consumer groups. At this time, we can no longer serve them in the original way. Agents need to change according to the development of the times, the changing needs of consumers and the way of buying.
