    Sales project is a new item in Beijing business service industry skills competition this year, aiming at improving the professional knowledge and sales service ability of shoe salesmen in the city.

    The footwear sales project is highly valued by the leaders of the Municipal Federation of trade unions. Quality inspection and sales experts are employed to summarize knowledge points, compile teaching materials, and conduct special training for over 150 shoe salesmen in the 16 districts and counties of the city.

    After the written examination, a total of 31 elite athletes from various districts and counties entered the finals.

      

    Shoe products

    The sale practice competition adopts the 360 degree of all pparent display method, makes the stage to become a shoe product counter, and has set up the "full scale reduction activity", "the discount shoe product" and "the gift presentation" and so on. The athlete may act according to the stage props fully, enhances the service quality and the sale multiplicity.

    In terms of the contents of the examination, a special group composed of Sun Huifang, Tian Lei, Liu Zhiwei and dllton went deep into the shoe product sales site for more than a month's on-the-spot inspection, summed up and analyzed the common problems in sales, and incorporated common problems into the examination questions to comprehensively investigate the professional knowledge and service consciousness of the contestants.

    The examination is divided into two parts: scenario simulation and knowledge problem. In the process of scene simulation, salesmen will encounter various types of customers, help them select satisfactory shoes, and solve their problems when they buy shoes.

    The knowledge part will show the knowledge reserves and language ability of the players again.
