The shoe industrial park covers an area of about 3000 mu and started construction in September 11, 2013.

The project is invested by Sichuan Yu Cheng Shoe Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd. to spend 4 billion 500 million yuan, and is divided into three phases, one phase 949 mu, and construction period of about two years. It is expected to officially open in the second half of 2015. The two phase will be about 1000 mu and three periods of about 1200 mu, with a total investment period of 5-8 years.

After completion, it will become the largest shoe-making industry in the western region.

The first phase includes investment center, shoe material center, production center, R & D center, logistics center, and a few life supporting facilities.

We should take advantage of government guidance and enterprise operation mode, take the lead of leading enterprises, and embrace the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in order to achieve enterprise development in line with the overall planning of urban and rural areas.

Since the start of construction, a 35 thousand square meter main project has been completed.

Basically completed, shoe material Plaza has been completed 70%. Now the square paving and seedling planting are being carried out. The layout of the first phase of Yu Cheng international shoe making industrial park has seen a rudiment.

Reporters at the scene saw that the shoe material center adopted the design concept of single family cottage, with a total of four households on the third floor.

The first floor is 6 meters high, and the two floor is mainly used for sales and merchandise display. The third floor can be used as a rest and business negotiation.

The production centers have large and small workshops. Each independent workshop is equipped with three or four story office buildings, car parks and independent small gardens with comfortable environment.

At the same time, 3 - 8 acres of hatchery have been set up to provide a platform for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

There are more than 70 enterprises in the two places, including beautiful spots, good Lido, middle school, Dan Lu, San Dali, Hengtai, Shun Xing, MI Qi, the Great Wall, Chuan Sheng, Chao Yi and other famous enterprises.

The two phase of investment has also been completed by 80%. At present, there are more than 200 shoe manufacturers and shoe accessories suppliers in the park.

Anyue County Longtai Development Zone, according to the director of the Anyue branch, Yu Cheng international footwear industry park is expected to introduce more than 200 large-scale enterprises and more than 700 supporting enterprises. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 150 million pairs of leather shoes annually, output value reaches more than 15 billion yuan, and profits and taxes are more than 1 billion yuan, so as to solve the employment problem of 30 million people. This will contribute greatly to the promotion of economic development and employment pressure in the city.

"In the two or three phase of construction, the park will use 450 acres of commercial and residential land to plan and build schools, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and shopping malls, etc., which can further satisfy the problems of shoe enterprises, such as shopping, medical treatment, children's schooling, and so on, so that the settled enterprises can enjoy their homes here.

Zhang Bojun said that with the strong support of the Anyue county Party committee and the county government, the Yu Cheng international shoe making industrial park will accelerate the construction with the highly unified development concept of "social benefits, economic benefits and ecological benefits". It will contribute to a new industrial town suitable for livable, suitable production and suitable industries for Ziyang. It will become the first platform for the footwear industry in China, the international shoe industry demonstration base and the national industrial demonstration center, and will become another major growth pole of the Chengdu Chongqing economic circle.
