New machine breaks through many blanks

Wang Minqi briefed reporters on the latest development of the five foreign textile machinery "intelligent full shaping warp knitting machine" equipment highlights, the equipment overturned the traditional pattern of clothing from fabric manufacturing to tailoring sewing garments, and realized the new production mode of three-dimensional clothing.

According to the introduction, in the new model developed by the five foreign textile machinery, the whole series covers all kinds of warp knitting machines from 24 needles, 28 pins, 30 pins to 32 needles. Many of these new technologies have filled the gap in China, and have reached international advanced level in terms of technical performance of the whole machine.

Among them, the Raschel high-speed warp knitting machine adopts optimized configuration of crank connecting rod pmission mechanism, compound needle, electronic let off and so on, and realizes the high-speed operation of 2300 turns.

There is also an electronic pversal jacquard warp knitting machine, which is equipped with 6 pieces of comb, showing the speed of the scene to 1380 turns, which is also the leading factor in China.

"We have also made two breakthroughs in the double needle bed high-speed warp knitting machine. One is the realization of 6 knitted knitted fabrics, and the 138" warp knitting machine "with the speed of 850 turns, and the high-density super flexible spacer fabric knitted by six needles of 32 needles for bra lining, thereby replacing the traditional sponge.

And the latest models such as 3D mattress, single layer jacquard fabric, jacquard blankets, jacquard spacer fabrics have brought new development space for the knitting industry.

Wang Minqi believes that at present, most of the best selling products are intelligent models and highly integrated products, which conforms to the demand of the market, because highly intelligent models have fewer labor, higher yield and larger market space.
