       Order etiquette

       Toast etiquette

      業務員坐姿端正,不可只顧自己吃東西,一般每上一道菜要先請主賓品嘗,并略做解說,自己不熟悉的也可請服務員加以說明;不要用自己吃過的筷子給客人夾食物;客人在夾菜或者正吃東西時,不可此時舉杯向客人敬酒;客人向自己敬酒時,業務員應停止吃東西,微笑著舉杯回應;*業務員不可用嘴就碗,應將食物拿起食用;自己取用較遠的東西時,應請別人拿過來,不可離座去取;夾菜時不可一路滴湯;自己嘴里有食物,不可張口與人談話;說話文明,不影響鄰座客人;喝湯用湯匙,不出聲;嘴角和臉上不可留有食物殘余;不以各種理由強迫對方喝酒,碰杯時不要高過對方杯子;談話時不要揮舞筷子;剔牙時用另外一手擋住嘴。
