The Seven Aspects Of China'S Electricity Business Need To Be Improved
At the 2014 China Economic and foreign trade and economic situation analysis conference jointly sponsored by the China International Trade Association and the national development and Reform Commission, Li Jinqi, director of the Department of e-commerce and information technology of the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out that e-commerce has been widely infiltrated into all areas of social and economic life and has become a new starting point for government departments to promote consumption, develop economy and optimize industrial structure.
In order to further promote the development of e-commerce, relevant parties need to intensify their efforts in strengthening legislative work, establishing services and supporting systems.
Li Jinqi said that according to statistics from relevant agencies, China has surpassed the United States last year to become the largest Internet retail market in the world, accounting for 23.9% of the total retail market share in the country.
"In a sense, the role of e-commerce has gone far beyond the business itself, which has had a profound impact on economic development, social management, business models, mode of production, and our way of thinking and work."
Li Jinqi said.
But there are seven aspects of the development of electricity providers need to improve.
Li Jinqi pointed out that first, we should strengthen the development of e-commerce environment, and gradually improve e-commerce regulations and related standards in the light of the outstanding problems in the field of e-commerce.
Two, we should actively promote the application of e-commerce, expand the scope of coverage in the retail field and the knowledge network retail service platform, innovate the service mode, and support the traditional circulation enterprises to develop e-commerce by relying on the advantages of offline resources.
In the field of foreign trade, we should actively promote the implementation of the relevant policy proposals of the general office of the State Council for forwarding the nine departments formulated by the Ministry of Commerce and other departments concerning the implementation of the support for cross-border e-commerce retail exports.
The three is to build an e-commerce demonstration system, actively carry out the pilot demonstration of e-commerce, create an e-business innovation and application demonstration system, take the urban base enterprises as the backing, and form a comprehensive demonstration system through trial, development and mode innovation.
Four is to improve e-commerce support service system.
