Academician Yao Mu pointed out that for the textile industry, it is mainly to achieve "two integration" from three aspects: first, we must realize automation development in textile machinery, and solve the problem of excessive labor cost and realize industrial standardization development by means of machine substitution; the second aspect is to realize networking in raw material procurement and marketing, to develop e-commerce mode, to accelerate the docking between supply and demand sides, to speed up logistics and save costs; the third aspect is to design industrialization of textile industry, and vigorously develop textile design service team.

The manufacturing links extend to the upstream fabric design and downstream sales links to alleviate the high cost pressure.

Academician Yao Mu said that from selling textiles to selling textile services, Keqiao district has taken the lead in this regard, especially the government has made considerable efforts in this regard, such as holding fashion and creative Week activities, creating a good service atmosphere.
