Recently, from the Henan Provincial Bureau of quality and technical supervision, the second quarter of 2014, the Bureau carried out provincial supervision and inspection on the quality of special labor protective footwear products, and extracted 35 batches of special labor protective footwear products from 18 enterprises of 4 provinces in Zhengzhou, Hebi, Puyang and Nanyang, and 4 batches failed to meet the standard requirements.

The supervision and inspection is based on the national mandatory standard GB21146 - 2007 antistatic shoes, GB21148 - 2007 personal protective equipment safety shoes.

After sampling inspection, the 3 batches of products produced by Jiaozuo Xu Guang Shoes Co., Ltd., Jiaozuo Global Rubber Co., Ltd. and Jiaozuo Fu Di Shoes Co., Ltd. were not qualified for outsole fracture resistance.

The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has instructed the relevant provincial and municipal departments of quality and technology supervision to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises according to the relevant laws and regulations.

If the relevant measures are not taken, the industrial and commercial departments will investigate and deal with them according to the provisions of the laws and regulations on consumer rights and interests protection.
