She found uncle who had worked in Humen for many years.

My uncle eventually sent her to Humen to learn from Pu Pu vocational and technical school.

Afterwards, the uncle said that the conditions like her had no skill, and the fate of the workers in the factory could not be changed in a short time.

Chen Juanhua used to be a salesperson in a cosmetics shop in Humen. She was interested in learning clothes. Chen Yingmei said that these students are not as good as theoretical and professional college students, but from the market adaptability, they are slightly better. Companies also like to hire such grassroots designers.

"Our recruitment of fashion designers is not particularly academic," said Li Jianhua, head of Dongguan FA Ya Garments Co. Ltd., and the company is more concerned about whether the applicants understand the prevailing market elements, whether they are familiar with the clothing market in Humen and whether they understand the company's requirements.

Ah Wen's ultimate dream was to become an excellent designer of clothing.

When she first arrived in Humen in 2010, she saw that her classmates were very different. Some of her classmates were more than 30 years old, and some of them were less than 20 years old. But they all studied very seriously.

Including herself, she called her classmate at that time "dreamer".

In a year's time, he learned from the original clothing drawing and experienced many courses, such as graphic design, local design, overall dress design, color collocation and so on. He also led the teachers through the washing plants and embroidery factories in Humen, and also to the professional clothing market in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

After graduation, she found her first job in Humen women's street as a design assistant. "Salary is more than 2000 yuan, no room for food and lodging, and 4 days a month."

Ah Wen felt that the first job was not well paid, "almost nothing like factory workers."

Six months later, she switched to a children's clothing company, or design assistant, the treatment increased to 3000 yuan / month.

Job hopping became her normal work at that time. "Designing this line at first was very mobile. Before we found the ideal unit, everyone was like this."

In 2013, she entered a well-known women's clothing company in Humen, becoming one of the 24 designers of the company, and her monthly salary increased to 4000 yuan.

In contrast, the village was still working as a general worker in the factory. She felt that the gap between the two sides finally opened up.

It is also in this women's clothing company, ah Wen discovered the difference between his own colleagues and the famous clothing academy graduates. "In the Humen market, a clothing design style may be very similar, but in other cities, other people's eyes are different."

Ah Wen was not discouraged. She was trying to narrow the gap.

However, at the beginning of this year, her family's opening plan disrupted her work.

Ah Wen's brother wants to open a clothing store in Humen. He has no experience and has to turn to his younger sister.
