1. Installation and commissioning of flower basket tablet press.

1, the whole machine installation:

The whole machine can be hoisted to the top by wire rope, and can also be pported by forklift. The machine should be leveled before the machine is placed.

2. Installation of power cord:

The specification of cable is suitable for motor power, voltage and current.

The cable is connected by a flexible cable through the main switch through the electric wire or socket plug, and the cable enters the electrical box through the outlet ring behind the chassis.

The steering should be consistent with the indicating signs (that is, rotating counterclockwise from the outer end of the pulley on the motor). The triangle belt should be removed before proofreading, the triangle belt should be fitted after proofreading, and the correctness of the steering can be confirmed through the click button.

3, first cut off the power supply on the machine.

Remove hopper 44, feeder 57 and middle die platen 19, wipe the mold holes, upper and lower punch holes and die of the middle die platen, then proceed according to the following steps.

(1) first, the underpin is inserted into the hole of the lower punch 21, and is inserted into the root. Then, the screw 59 is screwed in to the notch of the fuselage.

(2) install the upper punch pin in the 16 hole of the upper punch, step into the root, tighten the fastening screws.

(3) install the middle die into the 19 hole of the middle die platen. Notice that the end face of the middle die must be lower than the flat 0~0.05mm of the platen, and the fastening screws 42 on both sides should be tightened.

(4) install the middle die platen on the fuselage, insert into the undershoot, turn the large belt pulley 32, and make the upward impact enter the middle mould hole. The clearance should be uniform, and the upper and lower parts are flexible, without interference and hard friction. Then the fixed bolts of the middle die platen and the fuselage should be tightened.

(5) install parts such as feeder and so on.

4. Adjustment of filling depth.

Unscrew the fastening screws on both sides of the adjusting nut.

Dropping depth can increase the filling depth. After adjusting, the screw must be tightened tightly. The depth of filling should not exceed 45mm.

5. Adjustment of tablet thickness

The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric shell 05 connected with the upper punch rod is provided with a ruler, and the value indicates the depth of the upward impact entering the middle mould.

Adjust and tighten the fastening bolts on the eccentric housing 05 first, then adjust the thickness by adjusting the eccentric sleeve 35 through the conical gear. After adjusting, the bolts and nuts must be tightened to prevent loosening.

6, out of film adjustment

Turn the belt wheel (Shun Zhuan) to make the undershoot rise to the highest position, unscrewing the screws on both sides of the adjusting nut, rotate the adjusting nut, and make the lower and upper end face flush with the end face of the middle die, and then adjust the screws on both sides after adjustment.

7. Feeder adjustment

When the rotating belt pulley rises to the highest level (when it is parallel to the middle die), adjust the flexible joint (before loosening the nut), so that the front end of the feeder is close to the hard nut on the outer edge of the down stroke, and then the belt wheel is rotated.

8. The position adjustment of the down stroke lever directly affects the stability of the filling volume.

The lower position of the down stroke is reduced by rotating the belt wheel, that is, the adjusting nut is adjusted by tightening the fuselage and adjusting the upper and lower nuts, so that the half garden head of the down stroke lever is tightly attached to the upper end of the adjusting nut, and the upper and lower nuts can be tightened.

Two. Operation of flower basket tablet press.

1. Before using the machine, it is necessary to check whether there are any quality problems such as edge, crack, deformation and so on.

Are the devices in good condition?

2, check whether the original particles meet the requirements, the fine powder content of particles should not exceed 10%, so as not to affect the performance and life of the machine.

3, before driving, use the hand wheel or the button to test the pressure to determine the tablets meet the requirements. After the machine runs normally, the machine can be switched on and put into production.

4, the machine is equipped with a reversing moving button. When the tablet is pressed, it will generate lamination or upward punching, sticking and punching, and checking and punching into the die. The machine will only allow instantaneous movement to reverse the machine, or it will damage the machine parts.

5, attention should be paid to the operation of the machine at any time. If there is abnormal sound, it should be stopped for inspection and after troubleshooting.
