Pakistan Textile Exports To EU Difficult To Profit

After obtaining the EU GSP treatment, on the one hand, Pakistan's domestic electricity and labor costs have risen substantially. On the other hand, EU importers are still unwilling to share the benefits brought by tariff preferences with Pakistan exporters.

The export of products at low prices caused the textile and garment export profits of the country to not grow in real terms, and even in September this year, the export of Pakistan textile products declined.

Recently, the National Textile Industry Association of Mexico said that the integration strategy of controlling textile products to underestimate the price and entering the Mexico market will be held in November this year.
