Designer Shao Chenxia Works Exhibition Perfect Ending

In from November 1st to 3rd, the costume design works of Shao Chenxia, a member of the Jiangsu branch of the League of science and technology, held at the Liu Haisu Museum of art.

Zhao Zhong, chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and attended the opening ceremony, delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. Cao Yuping, vice president of the Jiangsu Polytechnic, Dong Cuntian, vice chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Huang Yong, the chairman of the Chung Lou District Committee of the Democratic League, Xie Zhongqiu, vice president of the Jiangsu Polytechnic, and Song Naiping, the chairman of the branch of the Jiangsu Polytechnic branch of the NLD, attended and visited the exhibition.

The exhibition of Shao Chenxia's costume design shows 45 works, mainly including 27 clothing design and painting works, 6 design of clothing accessories and scarves, 12 pieces of clothing and garment making works. Among them, the costume design painting "love space" has won the award of 2013 "Feng Hua - Jiangsu Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition". The clothing design shows a Chinese style, including summer wear, spring and autumn clothing and winter clothing. The style is novel, and has obtained 12 national patents.

Shao Chenxia, a native of Changzhou, Jiangsu, graduated from the Wuxi Institute of light industry in 1996 (now the Jiangnan University) in fashion design, received a master's degree from Soochow University in 2007, and joined the league in December 2010. She is now an associate professor of clothing department of the Institute of art and design, Jiangsu Institute of technology, and deputy director of the foreign exchange office of the school of art.

She is a member of the China Fashion Designers Association. She has published more than 20 academic papers in key core journals such as CSSCI. She has hosted 3 provincial and municipal level topics, published 1 academic monograph, 1 edited university teaching materials, and 1 Deputy General Editors of national general secondary vocational teaching materials. Among them, the monograph was funded by the social science development center of the Ministry of education of the Ministry of education, and the paper won the three prize of the twelfth outstanding achievements of philosophy and Social Sciences in Changzhou.
