Data show that the export volume of China's sewing machinery products reached US $1 billion 564 million in the first 8 months, an increase of 9.26% over the same period last year.

Since March, the growth of demand in the international market has increased the total value of industrial exports, and the monthly export growth of the industry continued to grow year on year.

In 4~8 months, the monthly export volume of China's sewing machinery products remained above $200 million for 5 consecutive months. The export volume in July was even higher than US $238 million, and the monthly export volume increased by 15.01% over the same period last year, creating a new record for the industry's monthly export volume.

By August, the export volume of the industry dropped slightly to 217 million US dollars, an increase of 7.30% over the same period last year.

Judging from the classification of products, the export volume of all kinds of sewing machinery products in China in the first 8 months of this year, except domestic sewing machines, is now increasing year by year, and the export situation of the industry is in full blossom.

Among them, industrial automatic sewing machine, ordinary household sewing machine, single head embroidery machine and other products export volume increased significantly.

Automatic industrial sewing machine exports grew strongly.

In 1~8 months, China exported 2 million 342 thousand industrial sewing machines to 714 million US dollars, up 6.70% and 11.18% respectively over the same period last year.

Among them, 1 million 303 thousand export automatic industrial sewing machines, with an export volume of US $433 million, grew by 10.89% and 22.02% compared with the same period last year. The export volume of automatic industrial sewing machines accounted for 55.63% of the industrial machinery, and the export volume accounted for 60.71% of the industrial machinery ratio.

In particular, industrial automatic sewing machines and industrial automatic sewing machines exported more than 30% year-on-year, and exports grew strongly. The export structure of industrial sewing machines was further optimized.

The proportion of products such as cutting beds increased with the increase of export volume.

In 1~8 months, China exported 499 thousand garment machinery, a decrease of 1.20% compared with the same period last year, with an export volume of US $141 million, an increase of 16.22% over the same period last year.

Among them, the output value of export ironing machines and extruders decreased significantly compared with the same period last year, while the export of products such as cloth machines and blanking beds increased significantly, and the proportion of exports increased further.

The export of spare parts continued to grow, and the monthly export volume was at the highest level in history.

In 1~8 months, China exported 42498 tons of sewing machine parts and components, with an export volume of US $239 million, an increase of 9.91% and 18.02% compared to the same period last year.

Looking forward to the future development of the industry, in the last quarter of 2014, China's sewing machinery products exports still have opportunities and risks.

From the macro environment, the overall improvement of the global trade situation is still expected to continue, and the stability of the domestic macro-economy and the expansion of the policy effect will be expected to provide strong support for the export of the industry.

The bilateral and multilateral cooperation with regional and cross regional cooperation is expected to provide a broader growth space for the development of China's sewing machinery industry.

But at the same time, the uncertain factors of international economic recovery still exist, and the risks of emerging economies are further increasing. In the last quarter, industry exports are expected to continue to grow. The growth rate may be flat or slightly lower than that in the two or three quarter.
