    A very important reason is that, because I think the market value of today's Alibaba is good or successful, it is not what we did today, it is what we thought fifteen years ago.

    Every one of us must do something to think about it. If you only do today's business, you only want to succeed tomorrow, and you will never succeed, because you have the chance, and why you are smarter than others.

    I think businessmen today are looking for an opportunity to do it today. There is no chance of success today. There are basically no, because there are too many smart people in the world. Don't say that outside our company, I sometimes sit in the company and look at the young people in our company. I am also stunned. Why are these people so smart? You have no chance than smart. You have no chance than hard work. You can only compare with the future. I think ten years later, Chinese society will have such a thing, I must do it.

    You insist on ten years and fifteen years, do not be afraid of making mistakes. After this vision is determined, second teams of excellent teams are selected. Because you do not know the technology, you have to find the most skilled people and learn how to cooperate with him, not that he is working with you. You do not understand business and do not know money, you must find the most financially aware person, how do you cooperate with him, and look at it this way.

    So the difference between Ali and others is that we insist on the future. We believe that in ten years or twenty years, there will be some in the world.

    I talked with people about what strategy is very early, and the strategy is that you know it is going to go on like this and it will be here in the future, so dig a hole here and people will run over.

    Chasing money is meaningless. Money is chasing people. If people chase money, nothing will happen. In fact, we talked about venture capital.     At that time, I firmly believed that Alibaba was much better than these people imagined. They said Ali was very bad. Actually, I knew we could still be better than you think.

    But today we are in big trouble. Everyone thinks you are so good, too good, you can do everything, actually I know we are not so good.

    Now is the most dangerous time, other people's expectations of you, think your company is a God, anything can do, a person think that you know everything, everything can be done, trouble comes.
