The development time of digital printing is shorter than that of traditional flat screen and rotary screen printing. There are still some defects in the production of equipment and the application of technology. In the actual application process, there are still many product quality problems.
First, the color matching method is not scientific: traditional printing uses color blocks to adjust colors, and digital printing uses four color separation principles to mix colors, so color adjustment can only be done on computers. At present, most of the digital color matching personnel use Photoshop software for color matching, while Photoshop software's color matching is mainly for printing industry's ink and paper, and its parameters are not scientific enough for textile. In addition, color matching personnel rely entirely on personal experience for color matching, which is totally out of line with the advanced equipment of digital printing.
Two, the color replay is poor: there are two main reasons for the poor repeatability: one is determined by the four color separation principle, and the four mixed color principle is two times or three times after the mixture of green, magenta and yellow. Therefore, as long as there is any color change in the three colors of green, magenta and yellow, the color mixed will change greatly.
On the other hand, it is influenced by reactive dyes. Nowadays, most of the reactive dye inks used for digital printing are high temperature K dyes. Such dyes are highly sensitive to humidity. Air humidity, moisture in the steamer box and moisture content of fabrics are inconsistent with each other, which will significantly affect the color of digital printing.
Three, bright color is not high enough: if the color of digital printing is three times the color of gray, coffee, dark green and so on, that is to say a color, need green, magenta, yellow, black or three or four ink mixed out. Then the color will become worse. This is because green, magenta, yellow three colors mixed, will produce a certain grayscale.

In addition to the color difference caused by color mixing, the use of reactive dyes for digital inkjet printing will cause color deterioration. Four, the size of ink droplets can not be adjusted according to the pattern of flowers: Nowadays, many of the digital printing machines can adjust the size of ink droplets. But this adjustment is entirely the overall droplet adjustment, that is, when adjusting the ink droplet 5PL printing, all nozzles can be supplied by 5PL; when adjusting the ink droplet 50PL printing, the size of all the droplets is 50PL.
Digital printing can not be based on Flower pattern In different situations, the size of the ink jet is changed more automatically according to the different parts of the block and the line. In this way, the difference of different parts of the pattern can not be satisfied, which will greatly reduce the beauty of the flower pattern.
Five. Sizing system It is not perfect: the two main aspects of sizing equipment and auxiliaries should fully meet the needs of digital printing. However, there are no special equipment in sizing uniformity, skew control, speed and on demand sizing, and additives are also lacking in personalization.
