There are 31 articles for soliciting opinions. First of all, the organizers should examine and verify the identity of the operator's main business. They should publicized the promotional time, promotion methods and promotion rules of the promotion activities in advance in the prominent position of the website.
In addition, the draft requires operators to disclose information to consumers on the price, quantity, quality standard, time limit, conditions of use, distribution mode, distribution price, time limit for distribution, restrictions on sales promotion rules, goods and services outside promotion scope.
Advertisements and publicity should be true and accurate, and false advertisements and false representations of goods and services must not be misunderstood.
In view of the price issue that the public is concerned about, draft opinions require merchants not to falsely mark the price of promotional goods or services. If the price is raised before centralized sales promotion, it should be explained to consumers.
