Sheng Hong Gets The Green Card Of International Order.

Recently, Sheng Hong formally passed the STeP certification of its sustainable textile production, becoming the first domestic printing and dyeing enterprise with global authoritative certification, and got the "green card" of international orders.

Sheng Hong group, headquartered in Shengze, Wujiang, is a leading enterprise in China's chemical fiber and textile industry. Printing and dyeing is one of its two core businesses.

STeP certification is the abbreviation of sustainable textile production, formerly known as Oeko-Tex 1000 green environmental protection textile factory certification.

It covers the whole process of textile enterprises from production raw materials, processing, product formation, and pollution discharge. It focuses on six aspects, namely, chemical management, environmental performance, environmental management, social responsibility, quality management and health safety. Its authority and rigour are first mentioned in the world.

Up to now, only around 10 European textile enterprises have applied for STeP certification.

Sheng Hong printing and dyeing new fiber fabric workshop was approved by Oeko-Tex 1000 green textile factory early last year.

But compared with last time, it was more difficult to get more stringent SteP certification.

Zhao Xueqian, director of the Department of sustainable development of Sheng Hong group, introduced that during the audit process, Swiss experts carried out careful assessment of every corner of the six major plates.

Experts wrote on the audit materials that the outstanding achievements achieved in the production workshop of Sheng Hong dyeing and dyeing new fiber fabrics far exceeded the basic requirements of the STeP certificate and reached the best level.
