    Pure nanofiber membrane

    A new batch production of electrospinning industrial equipment has been developed, and new nanofibrous membrane materials for spinning respirable respirators and nanofiber materials for water purification have been developed.

    Main innovation points of the project

    The popularization and application of the project results: 1. the multi type and multi series electrostatic spinning machine designed and developed is sold to domestic scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and companies, and the sales revenue is 50 million yuan.

    2. the new nanofiltration membrane and components and assemblies developed by the Beijing Bisheng Membrane Technology Co., Ltd. were developed and applied to MBR. The expected flux reached 35LMH, and the flux increased by 40% compared with the existing MBR operation flux.

    3. the nanofiber membrane developed by Beijing Xincheng Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. is used for filtering printing and dyeing wastewater. The effect is excellent. Compared with 5 kinds of inorganic adsorbents, such as coal, coke, cinder, activated carbon and carbon, the filtration efficiency reaches 99.4%.

    In view of the problem of insufficient mechanical properties of polysulfonamide (PSA) fibers developed by our country, Zhang Yumei is one of the main participants in the project. She and his team members used synchrotron radiation technology to establish a multilevel and multi-scale quantitative analysis method for analyzing the fiber from molecular structure to microstructure. Based on the analysis results of non-equilibrium structure in fiber forming process, the structural factors restricting the mechanical properties of fibers were excavated, and the relationship between fiber structure properties and process was established, which is the basis of new process design and effectively improves the mechanical properties of fibers.

    1. the interaction between molecules is illustrated by means of synchrotron radiation X- ray diffraction and molecular simulation. It provides a basis for the quantitative calculation of supramolecular structure of polysulfonamide fibers.

    2. the synchrotron radiation technology was used to study the evolution of morphology and structure during the spinning process of PSA, indicating the technological conditions of the pition point of PSA crystal structure and the lamellar structure formed along the spinning process, which effectively improved the mechanical properties of the fibers.

    3. an on-line detection method for the microstructure of polysulfonamide fiber during the forming process was established.

    The results of the project were applied to the 1000 ton production line of Shanghai teunlun Fiber Co., Ltd., and produced 15 tons of 1.5D and other standard fibers. From the application effect, the tensile strength of the fibers was greatly improved and the average strength of the tested batches reached 3.5~3.7cN/dtex. The mechanical properties of the original fibers were improved, and the curling effect was optimized.
