Compared with foreign products, the CV% value of the hairline was quite different, and the uneven hairiness distribution on the cloth surface reduced the quality of the finished products.

Secondly, the use of steel collar and traveller and their mutual cooperation are very important for improving production efficiency.

The good traveller has almost no ripening period, and the service life is 1~3 times longer than that of the conventional traveller.

The author deeply realized the importance of the selection of the travellers in a factory in Northern Jiangsu. When spinning 60 Combed Yarns, the top 15 broken ends of a wire ring were replaced by a new type of domestic steel traveller with high quality. The broken ends were reduced to about 10, which not only increased the number of days, but also greatly reduced the workload of the maintenance workers.

Its functions are as follows: when the 1000 spindles are broken, when the spinning of synthetic fibers and their blended yarns is less than 6, and the pure cotton is less than 10, the weight of the stands will increase by 30% to 100%.

The increase in output is directly linked to the benefits. If the steel wire ring is properly adjusted, the yield per kilogram will increase from 37 kg to 38 kg, and the total output will increase by 2.63%.

According to the average number of 32 branches, the output of ten thousand spindles is about 41 tons a year. If spinning J40 cotton yarn, the rotational speed can be increased from 16000 rpm to 17600 rpm, the output will be increased by 10%, that is, ten thousand spindles can be increased by about 110 tons.

Therefore, although the traveller is small, it is 42 kilograms.

In addition to harsh technology, we must adapt to high speed.

Needs.

The ordinary wire loop speed is 30~38 M / sec, generally breaking through 40 m / s. even if the speed is high, foreign products can reach 50 m / s.

If you calculate 40 kilometers per second, walk 24 kilometers every day for 3456 hours, if you can use 20 days, you will have to run nearly 70 thousand kilometers.

Of course, there is still a long way to go for the 105 day journey of 300 thousand km to the foreign ceramic ring travellers.

Aim at high-end and strive for first class.

In twenty-first Century, China's spinning industry developed rapidly, and the spinning equipment of high speed, high efficiency and high yield was launched. However, the research and development of high-quality equipment adapted to high speed and high yield is lagging behind.

Many domestic enterprises often only focus on capital expansion, willing to invest in big projects, but they are "stingy" on some small equipment.

A box of travellers is calculated by 5000. The price of the ordinary product is less than 50 yuan per box, less than one cent each.

At one time, there were dozens of manufacturers of steel wire rings, and they had to press each other to lower prices. The equipment factory had to use their brains to reduce manufacturing costs. Such a pursuit of cheap quality without paying attention to quality would only lead to product failure, and only win by quantity.

In 2009, Chongqing golden cat first developed the BS (sapphire) steel wire ring to break the situation that the high end traveller was totally dependent on imports. At the same time, it cooperated with Tsinghua University to develop the original TP (Huang Jing) traveller, which made a new step in the quality, the size and the hardness deviation. It could do the same as imported products: no ripening period; the individual difference of the traveller's ring was controlled within 1.5%; the service life reached 20~30 days; the highest line speed exceeded 50 m / sec.

The high precision collar can achieve three 0.01 millimeters, that is, the roundness of the inner runway, the surface smoothness, and the parallelism of the upper and lower sides are 0.01 millimeters. These indexes have completely reached the relevant indexes of similar products abroad, and have met the needs of high-speed, high quality and high quality spinning (the finest 360 branches).
