XTEP'S "CNC Generation" Project Supports Automated Production.

Recently, Chinese Academy of Engineering Zhou Jixie, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University and other academicians and experts came to the XTEP automation research and development base of the "numerical control generation" demonstration project in Quanzhou for on-site investigation.

It is reported that in July of this year, the Chinese Academy of Engineering decided to make Quanzhou the only local sample and practice model of "made in China 2025", and organized academicians and experts to help formulate the "Quanzhou 2025 development plan and the 2020 action plan" to draw a clear road map for Quanzhou to become a strong manufacturing city.

The "NC generation" automated shoe production line project is listed as the only "NC generation" demonstration project in Quanzhou.

The project is the key technology pformation project of the company in 2014. It is to improve the manufacturing process and technology innovation, promote automatic production and intelligent management, improve production efficiency and product quality, establish cost leading, quick response supply chain and environmental protection and energy saving factory, and achieve XTEP's leading industry, competitive advantage and sustained development. It is made by XTEP group senior vice president and general manager of manufacturing department, head of the general manager of manufacturing department, and Black King Kong automation Polytron Technologies Inc, Nanan South Star Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. and Fucheng sewing equipment Co., Ltd.

Among them, XTEP introduced automatic spray glue line, 3D intelligent vamp knitting machine, computer pattern machine, automatic (intelligent) printing machine, automatic punching machine and other equipment.

At present, the project has received 5 patents and 22 patents are being applied.

Previously, the Chinese Academy of engineering has put forward three special action plans of "intelligent manufacturing, upgrading quality brand and developing service oriented manufacturing". The president of Zhou Ji's visit to XTEP is an enterprise practice of the strategic proposal of "China made 2025" development outline.

In the on-the-spot investigation, President Zhou Ji put forward the proposition of "integration of production, learning, research and application", and pointed out that digitalized networked intelligent manufacturing is the inevitable trend of the future manufacturing industry.

Such gains enable enterprises to recover their investment costs within two years, while the traditional production line takes about 4-5 years to recover the cost.

In the future, XTEP will gradually form a matching production line from the demonstration point in three to five years, and comprehensively promote and promote technological innovation and automatic production in a way of combining points, lines and faces.
