LVMH group's luxury watch brand TAG Heuer CEO Stephane Linder is about to step down, and the brand will be taken over by Jean Claude Biver, the head of the watch group of LVMH group.

Today, I decided to quit his position as president and CEO of TAG Heuer, and will look for other directions.

The brand said in a statement released later Wednesday.

It also announced that Biver will act as a temporary CEO in March, responsible for LVMH watches.

Stephane Linder was the helm of TAG Heuer until last June, but left in the process of restructuring.
