In recent years, with the adjustment of China's industrial structure, raw materials are affected by the cotton purchase and storage policy in the past few years, and the overall economic development of the country, such as the increase of the cost of manpower and energy consumption, has brought great difficulties to cotton textile enterprises. From 2013/14, the structural adjustment of cotton spinning enterprises is very obvious. Domestic and foreign cotton yarn price difference of 5 yuan, 6 thousand yuan, domestic production almost no profit. A large number of medium and low count yarns are produced and exported by India and Pakistan. Ye Jianchun believes that because of the above reasons, China's domestic low-end field may be located in Southeast Asia, while domestic cotton textile enterprises should develop towards high-end and high value-added products. The upgrading of industrial structure and the development of new products are the inevitable trend of China's cotton textile industry adjustment, and the result of market force.

Beginning in 2014, the state ended its three year cotton purchase and storage policy and replaced it with cotton farmers. This is a good policy for cotton textile enterprises. By the end of 2014, the volume of cotton turnover has not been released, and dividend policy has not been completely released. From 2014 to the present, nine provinces in China have ended the "high tax and low deduction" tax in the cotton textile industry. The 4 percentage point tax has brought the real profits to the enterprises. Ye Jianchun said: "this policy adjustment will be more intuitive to the enterprises, and will be a very good thing for the future cotton spinning industry."

According to Ye Jianchun, China International Textile yarn (Chun Xia) Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as 2015 yarn expo) will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) in 2015. The exhibition will be upgraded in an all-round way and will be unveiled in advance of ten thousand square meters. And jointly with China international textile fabrics and accessories (Chun Xia) exposition, China International Knitting fair and China International Clothing and Accessories Fair four exhibition. To create a joint exhibition of the upstream and downstream industries chain, to bring a one-stop propaganda and procurement platform for the entire textile industry.

The 2015 yarn expo, which is to be launched from 18 to 20 March, is highly motivated by cotton spinning enterprises. Under the pressure of relatively high pressure in the industry, large and medium-sized enterprises in China's cotton textile industry still want to get to know more downstream customers through the platform of exhibition, improve their brand and push the new products to the market. China Cotton Textile Industry Association also hopes to guide the development direction of products in the cotton spinning industry through the exhibition platform.

Ye Jianchun told China Textile Economic Information Network reporter that the exhibition will focus on three aspects: first, to display high value-added and high-quality high-end products. Such as cotton and chemical fiber together to build downstream oriented new fiber multi component products, and through industrial upgrading, technical transformation and other means to create multi structure yarn products. Although at present Cotton textile industry The overall situation is not good, but the color spinning industry is on the contrary, not only expanding the scale, but also making the company more profitable. Because the color spun products are more colorful than ordinary white gauze, the appearance is good and the selling points are more. In the Shengze area of Wujiang, it is to increase scale production and develop jet vortex spinning, and the profits and sales of enterprises are also good. The ability of the cotton textile enterprises to participate in the exhibition is high. At present, the association's recruitment task is drawing to a close.

Ye Jianchun also revealed that the China Cotton Textile Industry Association is ready to arrange special exhibition stands at the exhibition to showcase the best suppliers of raw materials selected in 2014. The purpose is to publicize enterprises and guide enterprises to link up the upstream and downstream industries chain through the exhibition platform.

For the yarn business to make brand, Ye Jianchun thinks that yarn is an intermediate product, upstream is chemical fiber, and downstream products include fabrics, garments and other end products. For small cotton mills with smaller capacity, it is not easy to create and publicize yarn brands. As the downstream of chemical fiber, cotton textile industry is very supportive of the publication of China's fiber fashion trend. The release of fiber fashion trend played an important role in easing cotton problem, and played an active role in promoting product mix and accelerating transformation and upgrading in cotton spinning enterprises.
