Sample Of Contract For Machine Sale And Purchase

The x x x (hereinafter referred to as Party A) x x x (hereinafter referred to as Party B) sells Party A and buys Party B on matters relating to the purchase and sale of machinery.

Article 1. Party A and Party B agree on the sale of the postscript machine. Party A sells and Party B buys.

Party B shall pay the payment to Party A in the following ways.

When calculating the time of using the machine, the calculation method shall be applied to the third party A from the date of delivery until the date of returning the machine.

Eighth if Party B fails to pay the balance before the second date to exchange the machine, Party A will not have to rush the notice. The contract is deemed to be void. Party A will have to move the machine back.

About the foregoing Party A

The cost of pportation, installation, and all expenses required for moving back shall be borne by Party B.

In addition to the above rights, Party A may still confiscate the deposit as compensation for damages.

Ninth if Party A fails to deliver the machine before the date laid down in the second clause, Party B shall inform Party A and deliver the machine within ten days.

During this period, if Party A is still unable to deliver, the contract shall be deemed void.

Party B has to ask Party A to refund the second deposit and compensate for the loss in the same amount as the deposit.

This contract is made in three copies, each party and witness holding one copy.
