When he opened the waste recycling station, he discovered that after the disposal of medical waste such as infusion tubes and infusion sets, some people would like to have them.

So he launched a lot of ideas to buy medical waste.

According to the court trial, from May 2013 to May 2014, Cao went to private clinics and waste recycling stations in Lucheng, Ouhai, Yongjia and other places to acquire disposable disposable infusion sets, infusion tubes and other medical wastes.

At the home of Haruki Bridge Road, Lucheng, he hired Liu and other 4 people to classify, smash, clean, and sell the medical waste.

In the afternoon of May 21, 2014, law enforcement officers of the Lucheng environmental monitoring group and the Lucheng public security sub Bureau seized 9.43 tons of medical waste in Cao's home.

According to the investigation, Tsao couples illegally disposed of medical wastes totaling 52.759 tons.

Except for spot checks, the rest were sold to others.

In the trial, Cao said that he sold the medical waste purchased to others at the price of 5000 yuan per ton.

In May 21, 2014, Wenzhou environmental monitoring detachment and Lucheng Public Security Bureau law enforcement officers seized 9.36 tons of medical waste at the shoe processing plant of Xia A.

The disposable medical wastes seized by law enforcement departments at Cao Mou, Xiang Mou and Xia A are all the first category of national hazardous waste list "HW01" medical waste.

After hearing the case in Lucheng, the court held that the medical waste involved in the case belonged to hazardous waste. According to the law, the illegal discharge, dumping and disposal of more than 3 tons of hazardous waste should be regarded as seriously polluting the environment.

Cao and others violated state regulations and illegally disposed of more than 3 tons of hazardous waste, seriously polluting the environment. Their behavior has constituted a crime of polluting the environment.

According to the criminal role of Cao and others in this case, the Lucheng court sentenced Cao to 2 years' imprisonment and fined 30 thousand yuan, and sentenced him to 1 years' imprisonment, 1 years and 6 months' probation, and 20 thousand months' penalty.
